AT&T Store

In previous times it would take a rep 20 minutes to notice me. Isaac came to me right as I walked in. He was very knowledgeable about the phone I was interested in and had it ready to go for me within minutes. Isaac showed very good customer service.

Robin helped my husband and I begin our plan with AT&T on 9/27/23. Robin was the ONLY associate working and there were 3 other groups of customers in the store with their own concerns and needs. Robin worked seamlessly with each group. He politely let everyone know he'd be right with them and thanked everyone for their patience. Robin was kind and very professional. Thank you so much for your hard work on that day, Robin! I know how it can be to be the only associate in a store full of customers. You did great!

Just got a new Google A6 phone. Love it. My plan let me get the phone for 2 bucks a month for 36 months. Thanks to Lilly, Matt and Billy. We also added an I14 phone for $100 for a 3 year extension. Our thanks to Cecelia.

I worked with Robin. He was very knowledgeable, polite and worked quickly. Used time we were waiting to even share some tips and tricks with me. Zach was also in store that day and they both had the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE...give those boys a raise!

Hey ATT customers, you need to know about the Hudson, Wisc. in-store service. I visited the store yesterday afternoon to activate a replacement phone after loosing mine on an 4-wheeler ride. This team was above all amazing and I truly felt important upon arriving. A gentleman named Robin was the primary staff helping me, but each and every employee had a hand in making my experience above and beyond any other. Should I need to visit a store in the future, it will definitely be the Hudson, Wisc. location.

What can I say about your manager. She was most helpful to get me the most servicevat the least amount of money. I had to return the next day because I still didn't understand some things and she was most patient with me.

Robin was fantastic and he helped with a tech question another store couldn't help me with.

I was very happy with the service I received from Laura, she was amazing. She answered all my questions and help me select all my accessories and new phone contract. I also recommended two of my co-workers to ask for Laura when they go to purchase their new services as well.

Today I went in for my phone freezing and turning itself off. Cheyanne helped me by explaining how I could try fixing the issue but also how I could upgrade my phone, in the end I upgraded because somehow it’s cheaper. I appreciated so much that Cheyanne gave me options of things to try and helped work through that rather than immediately saying I should upgrade. She was personable, professional and I would like to only work with her in the future if I had phone issues. I hope her boss sees this, the one who’s personality is always an energy bunny with a red bull who I swear just walked off the car sales lot with how aggressive with sales he is whenever I’m in the store. Please learn that the solution isn’t always an upgrade and your employees work hard and I appreciate their humanity. I only got the additional iPad today because I was working with Cheyanne and she deserves my commissions, I definitely would not have said yes if her boss was working with me. Please give Cheyanne a raise and teach the manager to be more humane.

Laura was the most professional and courteous associate that I have encountered in a long time. I am sooo glad that she has the knowledge of how she was able to help me. I hardly ask the person their name and I am so glad I did or I wouldn’t have been able to give her 5 stars for the amount of customer service she has given me. I could go on and write a book however I am just going to say she is awesome and I definitely will be back to have Laura help me personally.

Laura was Amazing!!! She answered all my questions, she was very professional and polite, got me and my daughter's the phones we needed. My daughter's don't ever talk to anyone at places like this but Laura made my girls feel so comfortable that they actually asked questions and listened. I will definitely be coming back to see her for any upgrades or accessories .

April gave me excellent customer service. She was polite and very knowledgeable. I was so thrilled. Billy came by and contributed to the situation nicely. Very grateful for such pleasant assistance from both April and Billy!

I went back five days later and received (again) excellent customer service from Billy and DJ. They helped us technologically, we bought two new iPhones and had fun doing it. Wonderful experience. We will be back! Thank you!

The manager at AT&T Hudson is amazing! He put me in a different mood he is just so positive and has such enthusiasm it is so contagious!
I will be back for my phones for my family because of him! He was so fun and had so much excitement and knowledge! It was super refreshing with how bad customer service is now days he made the difference! I love my new iPhone 13 pro max and accessories!

We had a great experience in the store. They had what we were looking for.
Roman was our salesperson. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient to help with three phone upgrades. He took the time to explain details to us about our plan and the features with our new phones.

Billy the store Manager is amazing super personable. He will treat you like family! I highly recommend you come to the Hudson store and special request Billy. Hands down best sales exapirence ever had while shopping

I lost my phone the night before and after finally giving up recovering it I went to this store to replace it. I was greeted promptly by Billy, in and out within about a half hour with a new, working phone. Matt was also really helpful. Both great guys. The experience was exceptional.

To who is may concern, I came into the store with my ladies phone we got two weeks ago, she has been back and forth to apple and the store and know one seems to be able to help her fix her new phone. So I got home from for at 6pm, Roman stayed late to help me resolve and fix this complex issue that was going on with her phone. Roman discovers after an hour, that when she transferred her old phone over a bug also came with it, which was the reason her new one was not working. I am very grateful for this guy staying late helping me fix an issue that others have spent weeks on.

It has literally been YEARS since I have received this kind of customer service and help at any phone store. I'm so grateful for the time that Matt spent with me getting a new phone and informing me about my eligibility for Firstnet. Thank you and keep up the great work!

The new store manager is great and the team members are so friendly. Paris helped me get my Google phone set up to my new watch.
