Undergoing a change to become a local community co-op. I've been shopping there when it was Fresh and Natural for many many years and I will continue to shop there as the co-op. No changes yet but I think there are Pleasant changes to come!

I love this store and have been going here for a decade or more. Wonderful staff, with great fresh food and a variety of options for healthy and allergy friendly meals. I love their deli options, especially the kale salad.

I was so happy to find this store! The selection of organic fruits and vegetables is not only amazing but vast! My mission in finding this store was to see if they had grass-fed beef and free range chicken. And they do. You will not only be pleased with their meat selections, you will make this your go to grocery store in the future! I know that I have!

I love Fresh and Natural! It’s convenient to get to, convenient to shop, the size is perfect for in and out trips, the staff is wonderful and I know when I shop there I always get such great quality with wonderfully sourced selections (a lot of them from local farms!) I am constantly sending my patients there for products and supplements that I don’t carry and can always trust they have great options for specific foods I need patients to eat for their food therapy consults. Our community is lucky to have such a reliable resource for clean eating! 😍

Loved that when it got busy,extra help was called for and quickly arrived! Enjoyed chatting with cashier ,she was knowledgeable about products that you guys carried and even gave a recommendation on which protein bar to try first and definitely agreed with her that it sounds really good!

SO EXCITED TO HAVE FOUND THIS STORE. We had been driving to different grocery stores all over the map to get the things that they have all at one place. I follow a Paleo/Animal Based diet and love that they carry such a great selection of Thousand Hill foods. I was so happy to find the tallow, and paleo chili! I read some reviews bumping their rating down because of the price but that doesn't seem fair. Prices everywhere are ridiculous and if you're coming to this store I would assume quality and source matter to you. I like to know where my food comes from and this store is a diamond in the rough! I live in Osceola and will be frequenting quite a bit, despite the 40 min drive or prices!

The staff and Deli here are fantastic! Excellent option for people with specialty diets, celiacs etc!

Love this spot!! Awesome selection of local brands & delightful surprises too. The owner & staff are very sweet. Happy to have this place in the center of the community.

Just came into the store for a few products and I’m speechless. Ben is such a kind spirit and was so amazing to work with. Just talking with him changed my mood for the day. I appreciate his kindness so much. Such a great asset to the company!!

Customers and especially staff are generally very good about masking up. I'm used to shopping in the cities, and their prices are very comparable to that, which for an organics market is amazing. Plus the baked goods consistently excellent.

This is a great little store for certain items. I like their bulk foods section, they have good options often for hot food bar, although not a huge selection. They have a great variety for being a smaller store. Sure, it is more expensive than elsewhere but you get what you pay for.

Great selection of gluten-free, dairy - free and vegan items. Caters to a lot of different diets! Has a lot more than just food; they have organic medicines, essential oils, organic beauty products. Overall a lot to offer for all kinds of people. My favorite thing is the gluten free freshly baked goods, can't find those anywhere really so that's exciting!

It's a beautiful store. They got great hot tasty meals. I enjoyed the grilled chicken. Tast so good.

Great place for healthy food. Every month they do a 10% off sale. Prices can be a bit steep, but if you are looking for fresh, natural foods, this is an excellent store to get them. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and the store is always clean.

YES, a grocery store you can trust! The highest quality food, very clean, and always present employees! They also have a great health and skincare section, and pet food as well! They offer great deals if you pay attention to the offers throughout the month, use the punch card, bring your own bad, and your own egg cartons!

F&N is my favorite grocery store because the staff actually knows about clean eating and their products. They have from-scratch deli salads and made to order sandwiches along with locally sourced produce, meat and dairy. Gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegetarian, vegan options for everyone. And they never allow synthetic preservatives and pesticides in their products.

This store is a really welcome Gem in the small town of hudson. It provides quality local organic produce and specialty products like essential oils' and ear candles. They also have top notch customer support for request for new food products. Whenever there out of my favorite Kefir for example, I just let them know and they re order it. Very nice.

Amazing, knowledgeable staff with fabulous products!! Has changed my world since being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease! Check out their makeup as well...great for folks with gluten and dairy allergies.

Great produce and other organic and gluten free options! Perfect for the healthy eater personality. Buy good for the standard person too.
