One stop area for all of your needs. Restaurants, shopping, groceries, coffee, movies something for everyone.

I was shopping for towels and found great deals at Marshall's. My Georgia Girl cup enjoyed a ride in the shopping cart. Lol

UGG! 60% off is going to get me put out of my house by my husband. Lol

Daughter loves this place. Friendly, helpful staff.

Good selection of materials and they accept competitions coupons.

I live in Accokeek (out in the woods), and the Brandywine Crossing (BC) is one of my favorite 1 Stop Shopping Areas.

In or near BC is a UPS Store, Safeway, Target, Costco, Chik-Fil-A, Chipotle, movie theater, liquor store, auto parts store, and so many other shops!

Traffic can be a pain depending on time of day, otherwise, this is a great location for almost all your needs!

If you're going to make a quilt or anything where you need some fabric I would recommend Jo-Ann fabrics. My grandmother loves it and sometimes I have to get her fabric Just kidding I get my own psych. ☺☺

Target & Marshalls well stocked. Cheddars restaurant delicious food.

Sales associates were friendly and helpful.

This shopping strip is across from Costco's and surrounded by various retailers and food establishments. Take a one stop shopping spree for day-to-day home replenishments. If you are crafty stop by the JoAnne's store and pick up some items to complete your craft projects. Stop by on your way home!

I came across this Seafood place. I had 1/2 lb. Crab legs, 1/2 shrimp, 1 corn, 2 potatoes, 1/2 sausage & 2 boiled eggs for $32. This was my 1st time trying it. The guy at the desk was very helpful with the menu. The main reason I went in, is because of the sign on the window. They offer All You Can Eat Seafood. I believe it's Sunday through Thursday for about $54. You can't beat that anywhere. My family does plan on returning soon to test that theory of All You Can Eat Seafood.
The sauce was tasty & the food was good.
I highly recommend this place.

Have a massive selection of fabrics, outside fabrics also. Staff nice. Faux flowers, limited. Variety of any items for DIY lovers. This is the closest fabric shop in area. Pretty busy at times, but well staffed for crowds. Helpful and knowledgeable staff. If this store doesn't have the amount of fabrics you need, they will check at other locations to find what you need. Galore of picture frames. Clean restrooms. Large selection of yarns. I do like the coupons offered. They have large varieties of sale fabrics on long tables(prices vary).

Big shopping center with a variety of stores. Guessing more to come after pandemic? Safeway, Target, movie theater even a Costco. Stores clean, pretty well stocked considering. Traffic not to much for shopping areas. Lots of lighting, people coming and going. Felt just as safe there as anywhere else.

I have commented on this Joann’s location in the past. My visits get better each time. I was actually able to use my coupons and save money!! I think the key to it is go in when you can get a percentage off the entire purchase. And don't forget your 50% off one full price item coupon. This store is well staffed and the employees care about their store.

Nice shipping center with lots of places to eat and shop. Safeway is the dominant
grocery market in the Crossing and I found
everything I was looking to purchase. Great Customer service.

I've shopped at this store for years. There is a new manager there and the new crew is awesome.

Picked up new Glasses at the Visionworks. Great place many different styles for reasonable prices.

Good location. Actually visited Costco across the street.
