CVS

I transferred my prescriptions from the CVS in Clinton, MD to this location and I'm Extremely happy I did. The customer service is outstanding and I don't have to wait long to fill me prescriptions. The lines are never really long and I don't have to literally stand in line to ask for the prescription to be filled when my doctor had already sent it over, which is something I always had to do at the one in Clinton (and deal with nasty attitudes at the same time). Switching to this CVS has been a breath of fresh air.

I like coming to this CVS vs. the Thorndale location, less crowded.

Very help and friendly. First time at this location on slushy snow day, awful. Only street parking.

RUDE. I thought that when the new person started working the register he might have a better attitude than the lady I'm used to, but it's much worse. The line is always very long, and my scrips are never ready when I need them. I get a text saying it's ready, and when I get there they say they need anywhere from 30 min to a couple of hours. Flip side, they consistently fill another one 3 weeks before I need it, which makes no sense, since I JUST picked it up.

No sense of urgency whatsoever , rude staff members , I do not wish this type of service to anyone sick needing their prescription right away . Prescriptions are never ready and they will only let you know when you show up to pick them up.

Worst pharmacy ever will never return here ever again. Always tell me my prescription is ready and when I arrive it’s never ready. Customer service is the worse rude disrespectful. Cancel all my prescription. You want customer service and prompt service do not visit this place 10/2/23 2:35 PM
