On today I had the experience to speak with Corinne regarding a scam on my account. Ms. Corinne was a great help she was polite, responsive, and helpful. Corinne help me dispute something that was a scam and closed out my previous card and order me a new one. If there was many employees like Corinne the world would be such a great help!

Central Sunbelt's office off of Oak Grove has the best of both worlds. On the one hand, they have a virtual teller system that means i do not have to worry about social distancing from the moment I arrive to when I leave. For those things that cannot be done virtually, there is a courteous and responsive staff that clearly understands that members are the true owners of this credit union.

Great customer service!! I had an issue with one of the new teller machines. The manager worked diligently to fix the problem. I appreciated that so much!!

Waots are too long with no help

Avoid this institution indefinitely. The customer service is awful and business standards are non existent (watch those fees)! I’ve always been a supporter of credit unions; however this place has just about ruined it for me.

Terrible communication and unwilling to work with customers.
