Purchased a dining room set recently and A'mya really went above and beyond to get us what we wanted!! I am thrilled and my mother as well, with my mom's purchase. We were in and out and had delivery set up in no time not to mention their awesome financing deals. Very grateful for this staff and this wonderful store. Beautiful set-ups, furniture and great staff. I'll add photos after delivery!

Everyone was super helpful and very willing to walk around the entire store with us. Everything was explained very well and properly. Overall a 10/10 experience with furniture shopping. I want to thank them for being so helpful!

This location is absolutely amazing! Our saleslady Courtney Braswell is by far the most impressive I have ever delt with. She gave us space, helped us when needed, and most importantly she did not pressure us into anything. We placed an order and ended up changing our minds a few times and she was with us the entire time and would make the changes to our order without complaint! She will be the only furniture salesman I will ever want to deal with in the future!

Scott Wallace was an amazing sales associate, along with their sleep/mattress specialist. They listened to my expectations of the perfect mattress. They were not pushy, nor did I feel rushed to make a decision on a mattress. I was in the store for several hours. Yes, several hours, lying on mattresses and asking questions. Even when other customers entered the store, they attended to them with respect and came back to me afterwards. I did not get lost in the attentiveness to other customers. Once I settled on a mattress and platform, they explained the warranty and operations of the mattress/base I decided on. Their level of professionalism was superb. I also purchased a new dining table and 4 lamps. I left feeling as though I received the best customer service and very pleased with my purchases.

Delivery was on time and as expected. Delivery crew was very professional, and they worked quickly to get my couches set up. The sales team in store was also so professional and extremely helpful. The entire process was easy and transparent.

We have purchased a sofa (2022) and a Mattress (this week) from Matthew at the Hattiesburg Ashley Homestore. Matthew was patient, knowledgeable, kind and most helpful. He knew all the answers to our mattress questions. Go to Ashley’s and talked to there trained experts on sleeping well for good health. I highly recommend their services.

We recently purchased a new living room set, along with a few other items, from the Hattiesburg Miskelly and have been very satisfied with our decision. Allen was the associate that helped us, and he was very accommodating. The furniture itself has been wonderful, and is holding up well. Also, there was a slight issue with the delivery of the couch (one part of the sectional was the wrong piece), but they let us keep and use the couch until the replacement piece was delivered. Overall, we have been very happy with the furniture, process, and associates at Miskelly’s and definitely recommend it!

Matthew S. Morgan was so helpful! I am pretty much starting over after a separation and he helped me pick out quite a few pieces of furniture and helped make recommendations for size options for the space I have. He aimed towards helping me find the furniture in the styles I was looking for, and never once pushed me to buy the “top dollar” like some sales places do. He listened very well for what I wanted and walked around with me for the entire time I war there (I was there for quite a while) - if y’all go to the Hattiesburg, MS location I highly recommend Matthew.

Was a phenomenal experience. Brought my mother in to get a new couch and Mrs. Sherry Newsome helped us. She was absolutely outstanding. Went above and beyond for us and was so incredibly sweet, patient and kind. I would shop here strictly because of how amazing Mrs. Sherry was.

We just have been delivered. Courtney our sale representative made the whole experience easy and making sure we were happy with our choices. She was very supportive till we had the delivery done. Dillon and Dereck were fast and informative while they were building the furnitures. We will go back to Ashley's store, especially Courtney who understands the picture we have for our home.

Ms Sherry was wonderful and spent the time needed with me to find the perfect dining table. And the deal I got was absolutely amazing!! I'll definitely be back! 5 stars for sure!
