Have had the best customer experience with Rene… he handled multiple issues that we have with plans and billing. He also took his time to explain every step and was very proactive with informing us what to expect. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a new phone provider.

Best experience I have ever had buying a new phone . I was greeted at the door passed off to a representative that was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Every one of the members worked as a team helping each other and taking care of their customers. Thank you AT&T keep up the good work.

This establishment is highly regarded by me. My wife's phone was misplaced, prompting our visit. The agent who assisted us, I believe his name was Renee, verified our insurance status and outlined our options. We ultimately decided to upgrade her phone and add a watch, which he demonstrated for us. His extensive knowledge and meticulous explanations clearly demonstrate his passion for his work. We highly recommend requesting Renee's assistance if you visit this location.

I need to give a great review on Matt today for all of his help figuring out a huge mess that another AT&T corporate store created. Coupled with misinformation that was given to my daughter at an authorized AT&T store. After one hour and nine minutes, Matt explained and helped resolve the issues and there were many.

I just loved my experience today, Danielle and Femeka were just great, they made upgrading my phone so easy and worry free. Also they told me about the promo for a free galaxy tab with a new line, and I walked out for something me and my daughter.
