I give them 5 stars for the staff. On each of my visits they have been friendly, actually listened and knowledgeable of their products. Best places in town for consumer electronics imo.

I had the best support I ever had in any Best Buy. Trey was knowledge, he ask me questions to identify what did I really need for my computer and explained tech jargon. He made the experience so easy. Then Caleb at tech support followed up with the same attention. I have now a lap top that really correspond to my use. No extra features that I would never do anything with but the speed and the terrain open for my very own design.
I can oly recommend to go to this store. They have really good smart people working there.

Julian was awesome at helping with phones (2 phones bought) . He went out of his way installing SD cards and screen savers . He answered all questions with a smile. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. Julian is a super employee. Great service and products! I do recommend Best Buy in Hattiesburg, MS.

Friendly helpful people in the electronics department when I was there. They seemed genuinely interested in the stuff for sale.. learned more than I thought I'd ever need to about keyboards.

They had the devices I needed for the price I expected. The only place I have found for my smart watch charger

A good selection with a good layout to find everything, just ask an employee and they will be happy to help. Warning about the geek squad though, they speak nerd so you might need a translator.

I showed up to pick up my TV and it was a smooth transaction!!! Yes, I did have to drive to MS from LA to pick it up, but the app is great in letting them know I was on my way! Great Job! Loaded it up and rolled back to LA! Love my TV!

A great store for technology. they sell lots of good items, such as phones, switches, watches, and accessories. The people here are very helpful and kind.
