Outstanding customer service experience!!!❤The salesman D’Annccio Grier was wonderful and worked hard to close the deal. Mr. Grier made this a stress-free transaction and I love ❤ my vehicle. The Finance Manager Ms. Shanice Nurse gave me top notch service. She kept it real (which I appreciate) and she was genuinely warm and friendly. Usually dealerships give u a lot of run around but the staff here were to the point and didn’t beat around the bush. The manager Sam worked with me and my budget and did a very fair deal on a vehicle I wanted. The sales rep Joseph (I think that was his name lol) was excellent as well! Highly recomended!! Waldorf Honda💙 I came from out of state, drove 5 hours away. The experience, the customer service was beyond my expectations everyone was so nice and attentive. The sales person chris made sure I understood every feature of the car and if i had a questions he answered them. The finance department was awesome they even gave me a usb to keep all my paperwork easy to take. Most of the credit process was done online and i was aproved before i got there. As i got to waldorf i was greeted nicely by one of the managers and offered a home made cofee from my country the whole squad was awesome . Thank you guys 💙

I went to this location looking for a specific car that I saw online. When I arrived I was approached by a salesman name London who was nothing but amazing. He was so patient and answered all my questions about the car. In the future if I ever need to buy another vehicle I will definitely be buying from London at this location service was 10/10.

Bernard was very nice and everyone was nice. My first oil change on my 23 CRV was done at another Honda Dealer in PG County and they tried to tell me that I needed a repair that was$150....I wonder why that didn't come up today...Waldorf Honda took good care of me.

Excellent customer service. I was buying a used vehicle but Treated me just like someone buying their most expensive brand new car. Update car has been using a lot of oil. Found a mechanic’s wrench in the engine compartment near the pulley /belts. The wrench was pretty banged up and greasy. I took it up to the dealership and showed the service manager. He looked up my car and said his mechanics didn’t do any work on it prior to selling it (used car). My question is “ So you’re saying that the no one checked under the hood ? Checked fluids? Inspected the engine etc before selling me the car”.?Regardless if a Honda mechanic left it or someone before, the fact is they sold me a car with a big loose wrench banging around under the hood. After sitting in the Chevy/Cadillac dealership for over 5 hours, the day before arriving at the Honda dealership, I was in ABSOLUTELY NO MOOD at all to talk to another car salesman. In fact, we stayed in our truck looking for a vehicle. Chris Wade took the initiative to walk across the lot & up to our truck & ask how he could assist. I was very short & direct with him & said, "Look, I don't want to waste your time or mine. I don't have time to sit in a car dealership all night. I don't need financing & I already know what my budget is. All I need you to do is tell me how much this 2022 Honda Sport car cost (there was no sticker in the window) including tax, tags, & titles." Chris was not intimidated at all by my demeanor & immediately assured me that he would not waste either of our time. After I informed him of our budget, shortly after, he provided us with the total amount which was actually under our budget. I told him, I'll see him tomorrow after I pick up the check from my credit union. I was literally in & out in about 35 minutes. The following morning Chris followed up & ensured me that he'll have my vehicle clean, gassed up & ready to go upon my arrival. I even asked him to make sure he puts one of the blue bows on my new car, which he readily agreed. Upon my arrival, my car was showroom ready…bow & all. Chris greeted us in the lot & walked us straight to where we needed to go to sign the documents (Shanice Nurse). Once again, Chris, his manager (Andrew Charles), and the wonderful Honda associates had me in and out of the dealership in record time. My entire experience (from start to finish) with this dealership was an OUTSTANDING experience and I’ll be sure to recommend Chris and the Waldorf Honda dealership to ALL of my family and friends. This was HANDS DOWN one of the easiest car buying experiences EVER.

Our sales associate Hunter was phenomenal!! He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicles, making my daughters selection easy. Mary who came and spoke with us about the details and coverage information about the car was wonderful as well. Last but not least Mark in financing was awesome! He made our transaction quick, easy and understandable. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

Guillermo ( "G") was awesome. He found us the exact car we wanted and we felt we got a great price on a 2023 Honda CR-V! He was on top of everything and we got all the information from him we needed to help make our decision. He's a hard worker and we never felt like we were being talked down to, as we did at 2 other dealerships in the Waldorf group. We felt valued as his customers. If I could give Waldorf Honda a 6-star, I would! General Mgr. Danny and Janus the warranty company helped me out on a tricky failure on my car. They both personally took care of it at no charge to me and I couldn't be more thankful.
