My only complaint with this place is that they charge almost $5.00 ($4.75) per transaction for the convenience of paying online. It's 2018, almost everything is done online! I don't know a single person that owns checks let alone is still writing them but, of course mailing a check is an option. I shouldn't have to pay a fee for "convenience" of paying my bill online.

My water was shut off due to Charles County Utility Department’s error. I have been without water since Tuesday today is Thursday. This is so unprofessional and completely unacceptable! For a major company to make such a huge mistake at multiple residences is beyond understandable!

After a number of calls. We have brown water. We have brown water. I had to hire a private plumber to come and dig up my yard costing me over 4,000.00 only to hear. This is Charles County's utilities problem. I hope they are prepared for the bill.

Very poor customer service they don't answer your questions you they always give you the runaround. Is absolutely ridiculous most of the employees are very rude.
