Brandon, Jesse, and the team were great to work with. I stumbled across their YouTube channel when researching the area, decided to give them a shot, and am glad I did. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to other buyers. Super friendly and easy to work with. Quick to respond and get showings scheduled. They had useful recommendations for contractors to get work done. Closing was a breeze.

Jesse at Wiser Living went above and beyond when we sold our home and bought another one in 2019. He was patient with us and showed us a ton of houses all over the area! I cannot recommend Jesse Wiser and Wiser Living enough! He is simply outstanding. I contacted him before moving into the Springfield, MO area. He had a personal rental house for me and my wife to move into while we looked for a house to buy.

He then became our realtor and helped us buy a house. Jesse was very patient and listened to all our wants and needs in what we wanted in a house. He took us from house to house until we found the right one. He must have answered a hundred questions that I had, as well as reply to multitudes of text messages. After the 2nd offer we made, Jesse negotiated a good deal for us and we got the house!

This is not only a business for Jesse and his wife, Miranda. He puts his heart and soul into it. He is a good, moral business person. That is very difficult to find in this day and age. You can trust him. I highly recommend him.
