Shamrock Roofing and Construction Lake Saint Louis

We had an outstanding experience with Shamrock Roofing. Jeremiah led us through the process of making a hail damage insurance claim on our roof as well as our gutters. He worked closely with our insurance adjuster to make sure the insurance company covered everything that needed repairs.

The Shamrock Roofing crew did an excellent job removing two layers of old roof, repairing a few places where underlayment was damaged, and installing the new roof all in one day. The new roof looks awesome. The roofing crew was very pleasant and did an excellent job of cleaning up around the exterior of the house.

Jeremiah coordinated getting new leaf guard gutters installed as well. The gutter crew was great to work with and did a great job. Gutters look great.

Jeremiah was very dedicated to the project from the beginning to the end. He came back several times from our initial contact, visits with the claims adjuster, and making sure the roofing and gutter crew were providing us with excellent service. It was a joy working with Jeremiah. He was friendly, demonstrated that he really cared about his customers, and made sure that we were satisfied with their services.

Extremely pleased with my decision to utilize Shamrock Roofing. Jeremiah was a joy to work with. While there were some delays due to materials and weather, the overall experience was surprisingly pleasant. I didn’t realize that a roof could be installed in February. The installers were courteous and did an awesome job of cleaning my property before leaving. You could hardly tell that they were even there except for the beautiful roof left behind I was so pleased that I referred them to my daughter. AND I’m referring to you.! Shamrock is a great company to work with.

Jeremiah Came to our door and offered to inspect our roof after we had some storm damage. He was very thorough and answered all my questions and even came back a few times to answer my wife’s questions! He walked us through the whole process and even saved us some good money! I would highly recommend this company and Jeremiah for any roof replacements or insulation! The roof is absolutely flawless and they did it in a timely manner!

Olen from Shamrock came out the first time around to give us a quote, he wasn’t pushy, gave my wife and I plenty of time to think our option. Our roof is not a typical roof they had done before; my home is 100+ years old, 3 level high with old school high angle edges roof. To give you an idea my insurance company inspector walked on the roof with safety harness, said it was the most the dangerous roof he ever been on. After hiring Shamrock for the shingle roof replacement, they had a rocky start with the rain throughout the month that pushed our start date further out than expected. Tom the manager contacted me directly to reassure me that the job will get done and answered all my concerns. The day finally came, Shamrock Roofing undertook a particularly challenging roofing project, and I must say, their exceptional workmanship truly impressed me. On the second day, the lift they were using had damaged my neighbor’s yard, they were professional with directly speaking with my neighbor and Tom coming out with landscapers to see that repairs are done to his yard. My roof look great and would recommend anyone that needs a roofing project done to them. From start to finish, they displayed outstanding professionalism, expertise, and dedication, turning what seemed like an arduous task into a seamless process with minor hiccups that can be repaired in the end. Thanks Tom, Glen, and Bryon for making this crazy project happen and crossed off our home improvement list.

Shamrock Roofing (Jeremiah) was stellar. He was the first person who offered to go up on our roof and inspect the storm damage. He then accompanied every inspector/adjuster that came to our house and worked with them to document everything. He is an outstanding customer advocate and worked hard to insure we got everything that our insurance should cover. The quality of work was excellent and the work area was always inspected and cleaned up before his crews left. I will gladly work with him again if the need arises. Thanks Jeremiah.

All-around great experience from beginning to end. Very impressed how Jeremiah stuck around through the entire install to see things through, never had anybody do that before and I can’t recommend Shamrock roofing enough.

Jacob Oliver was awesome to work with! He was punctual, professional and personable. He was very thorough during his initial inspection and even helped me file with filing a claim. He made the entire process easy from start to finish which took a little over 2 weeks! Couldn’t believe how quickly he was able to get his crews out to complete the work. Our new roof and gutters look great! I would definitely recommend Shamrock to anyone needing their services.

Chad and Brad are amazing, they greeted us with professionalism and listened to our problems about our roof. They were able to spot the issue very quickly and fixed it less than an hour. I will recommend them to my personal friends and families, and should I ever need any roofing work done they will be my first choice.

I called Shamrock Roofing a few days ago due to a few water spots that appeared on my ceiling above my fireplace after experiencing really heavy rainfall. They were extremely professional and honest when I scheduled the appointment. I then received a call from Chad who was also professional and spoke with me about my roof. I can’t say enough good about our experience with Shamrock! They helped us through the process of replacing our roof due to hail damage, and it was our first time as homeowners replacing a roof; so we had lots of questions and lots to learn about the process! All our questions were answered and everyone who helped us was super friendly and patient and took every question we had seriously. The work was completed professionally with great attention to detail, also with the clean up which was great. Our yard was left cleaner than when they started!
