Cotton's Ace Hardware

Fun hardware store. I stopped to look at the plants. I ended up purchasing seeds instead of plants.

Lots of varied merchandise.

Sometimes you just need that odd item or to grab something real quick. The super friendly staff at Ace make it 100% worthwhile to do so.

Love Ace Hardware. Park right in front and no bums begging for $$ like the Home Depot. Friendly staff have most everything you'll need.

Always friendly and knowledgeable folks here. Fair prices and a lot easier than going to a big box store.

Went to this Ace Hardware store on Labor Day, September 5, 2022. The young man who helped me is incredible. He went out of his way to help me find LED bulbs and a special extension cord. The front desk lady is very nice. Sandy C

Super helpful employees, great service, easy in and out for what I needed. A good reminder to come to Ace rather than the big box home improvement stores.

Called to see if had bug repellent I needed for garden. I bought it, few other things & out the door. I always try shop Ace Hardware because locally owned, employees so helpful. Love the selection of items for such small store. Employees know or will check whats available of products.. Can't say that about Big Box stores!

Very friendly and well-organized store. I was approached by an employee and taken directly to what I was looking for. He looked something up on his computer system for me and he also wrote up a chainsaw chain I'd brought with me for sharpening. It only cost $9. This is my first visit at the store and I had a good experience. They don't have as much stock as the big box stores but they seem to have all the common stuff that I'm likely to need, and it's very close to my house. The icing on the cake was when the sound system at the store started playing Supertramp, haha. I'm going to like this store! I noticed on other reviews that Nathan gets a lot of props. He helped me today and I'm happy to add that he was terrific. Thanks Nathan!

Good location, prices are higher at Ace Hardware but it's easier than going to the competition.

Was to busy but staff was nice and showed you were things were at. Had two keys made done fast and no line for the cashier. Nice small local store

Nice little place. I missed Ace when I moved from my hometown and finally found this one. Lowe's is closer by far but I hate the hassle of shopping there. This Ace is easy to access. Has had anything I've needed in stock each trip. Service is prompt and they are there to help you shop and help with your project.
And bonus they're right across the street from one those rare UPS Stores. Knock out your Amazon return while you're at it.

I love going to this Ace Hardware store. The employees r courteous, r very helpful, will order what u need and it will b delivered in about 2 days, since it happened to me! The store is well stocked, clean, and the employees know their business! Outstanding PR! Great bargains and discounts! If u need hardware, this is the place to go to!

Awesome place. In less than 3 minutes we had two workers come up asking if they could help us find something.

A true gem! Hardworking employees always willing to help customers. Special shout out to Nathan, an amazing young man that went above and beyond recently while mixing me paint samples. Answered calls, answered two-way, answered customer questions...all while mixing my paint and NEVER left me feeling as though I didn't have his absolute attention. Old school service at it's best. So happy I rediscovered the joy of a local hardware store during the covid-19 epidemic in my all out quest to avoid the big box stores! I will be backany times.

Great employees, if you are working with one and they don't know the answer they find someone who does. Quite the variety of fastener selection, metric, standard, specialty, wall fasteners, and even nails!. My first stop before I go to a big box store.

NATHAN IS YOUR BEST EMPLOYEE!!! Ordered a shed for curbside pickup. When I arrived, Nathan brought it out and my fiancé and I quickly saw that it wasn’t going to fit fully in the back of my Jeep because the box was too big. We were going to have to secure it somehow and also secure my back hatch.

Nathan said exactly what we needed and what would work. He pointed out that it was something they sold within the store and he walked with my fiancé and helped him find exactly what we needed, waited for my fiancé to checkout and proceeded to show us how to use the straps, even fully doing it for us! He made sure it was safely strapped in and also that my hatch watch securely strapped down!

A+++ customer service! He went above and beyond to help us and his team is lucky to have him!!!! THANK YOU, NATHAN!!!

I love that everyone at Cotton's is knowledgeable and willing to answer your questions. Also, since I am a rewards member, I receive many coupons! One thing I would change would be to get rid of the window company that stands at the door trying to get me to enter a drawing.

Customer care was amazing. Associate could have been more knowledgeable but they were so nice it didnt matter. End result..I was still able to purchase what i came for.

My husband and I enjoy shopping Cotton's Ace Hardware. The staff are always friendly🙂 and helpful. Ace has a great rewards program that ALWAYS gets my husband & I back into the store. Cotton's Ace feels like hardware store!
