I’ve been going here for years. The staff is very busy, but dedicated and always very kind. This is the best Walgreens in the area!!!

Staff has always been friendly but I want to thank the pharmacist! Pharmacists are underrated geniuses. I called to ask a question about some medications and he explained to me the diagnoses of why I was taking those medications with out even knowing who I was or any history. It was a trio of medicine and all three medications were very common but he knew the reason of the trio for a particular uncommon diagnoses. I was shocked. 😂 Simply amazing 😌 I love pharmacists! As a nurse I always know who to call when a dr messes up! They always know all the answers.

I went to fill my prescription the other night and Armanda was helpful and helped me. 10/10.

Always clean and organized. Associates are helpful and polite.

I have been using Walgreens Pharmacy for many years and the one in Grasso Plaza is exceptional. If any problem comes up they are very willing to do what they can do to resolve it. I want to give Stephanie there a big thank you for all of her help.

Great to have Balance Rewards. Metro offers service to make shopping easier without the need of a car. It is served by MetroBus route 46, Metro Call-a-Ride, and the new Via Metro STL van service. Thanks to that service, fighting for a place to park is now over. So I would say, if you live in Affton but can't find a way to get a COVID vaccine, let Via Metro STL do the work of taking you to Walgreens to get the shot.

Had an issue with photo prints coming out the wrong size. Jenna and Leonard helped get it resolved and made sure we walked out happy. Thanks to both for their assistance!

I recently came in to put in a picture order, I was clueless. The younger girl Abbi was really helpful throughout the process and had answers to all of my questions. 10/10.

Best Walgreens I've been to. May be severely understaff, but each employee works their hardest for each customer.

Good place for your prescriptions, food, drink, dietary needs, etc. And make sure to use your Walgreens card for those points!

I live in the affton area and this is by far the best walgreens i have been to. Very nice people!

Always find what I need fast

Im new to this Walgreens. But never had a problem. I’ve witnessed the staff be belittled while waiting in line for a prescription. if you spent your entire day being lashed out at for things that were out of your control, you’d be cranky too.The employees working there are PEOPLE! They have feelings, just like the rest of us. I watched a girl walk out of the pharmacy and into the bathroom crying last week, as a gentleman in front of me called her every name under the sun, and proceeded to insult the pharmacist when they tried to come to the girls aide!
All of it was over the fact that his insurance wouldn’t pay for his prescription until the following day... that was not that poor girls fault.

Behavior like that is uncalled for. PERIOD!

reading all these reviews is pretty infuriating considering how stressful I’m sure their jobs are.
And that’s coming from some one who’s only there once a month for my meds
It must be said, however that they’re massively understaffed, and wait times can be lengthy

It's a typical Walgreens. Clean and employees are generally friendly and helpful.
We haven't had any major issues with the pharmacy over the years. The drive though lane is normally empty; I can't recall ever having to wait for more than one car.
The parking lot can sometimes seem full due to the gym next door, but I've always found a spot.
I have seen price discrepancies at the register in the past, but seems to be getting better.(This is an issue with Walgreens at-large)
