this is the best store to use for shipping! the owners are amazing and so are all the employees! anything they guarantee - you know its guaranteed! the whole staff is very helpful! I have never had any problems shipping packages! they always arrive on time! Thank you AFFTON UPS :)

This place is the absolute best. The staff here is knowledgeable and polite even when I slip in 7 minutes to close. They always answer every question I have and continue to find better quality yet lower cost methods of shipping the various items I sell online. I have come in for notary services, shipping needs, and once or twice just for a roll of tape and a pen. The manager Tom is smart as a whip and his customer service skills make you feel like you're the only one in line. I can't say enough good things about this place. I will never go anywhere else.

This place deserves five stars for being open on Sundays (that's rare for StL city). I was in and out, no delays. The girl who helped me out knew exactly what she was doing, was so efficient! I live kinda far away (15+ minute drive) but will gladly come back in the future.

When the owner I had come to know retired, I was heartbroken. He was GREAT. I initially had doubts that the “new guy” would be able to fill the shoes and, honestly, the first couple of trips here to return Amazon packages and rent a PO Box were not the greatest experiences. The new owner seemed overwhelmed, not at all friendly nor helpful. But, I understand how tackling an existing business and KEEPING it running smoothly can be stressful. Been there, done that; got the T-shirt. I decided to continue with the new guy and staff and am very pleased with their service. They are all friendly, helpful and accommodating. Always give a small business owner a second or third chance. They usually do not disappoint.

I frequently go to this UPS Store. The owner and workers have always been very helpful. I appreciate their attention to detail and good customer service. I’m thankful that, since the beginning of the pandemic, they have required masks and have had a limit on the number of customers in the store. I seem to always get to store at the right time because I’ve never had to wait in line. (Plus, their greeting card selection is awesome!!)

This store always handles my shipping and printing needs with care. As a small business owner of an online business, I rely on getting packages to my customers on time and in perfect condition. In my 3 years of doing business with Dennis and Mary, the owners, I haven't had a single issue. They work tirelessly to meet their customers needs and I am thankful to have them in the area.

Dennis and his crew will do whatever they can to fill your shipping needs in a courteous and professional manner. I used this store for years while living in the area and always felt comfortable asking questions, comparing rates, making copies, requesting special receipts, storing packages for a short-term prior to delivery, whatever I needed done they communicated in a pleasant and can-do fashion.

They do what they’re supposed to do. They have been very helpful.

I've used this UPS store for print jobs, shipping packages and even had them make four poster-size signs for me.

Every time they have been very helpful, making sure to give me exactly what I needed. They always call us when the job is finished so we don't have to wonder.

If I need something done quickly I will just go to the Bread Company next door and they take care of me while I wait.

I've used this location several times. Once there was a problem with a package I sent and the owner personally called me at home, after hours to reassure me that he would make sure things were taken care of...and they were. I mailed packages for Christmas and the staff couldn't be more patient and helpful. The people waiting in the Covid enforced line weren't very gracious to the employees and that's too bad, they work very hard to please everyone here.

The owners of this store are always so kind and helpful. Just this evening I went to pick up some prints, and Dennis (I believe that’s his name!) has all 80 of my prints folded for me, without me even requesting it in the order. I really appreciated this small gesture! Truly great business owners and employees here.

I ship return packages here frequently, and have questions about online sales shipping. From notarization to boxes, they have all the answers! Very nice and helpful staff too!
