Great place. Everything is conveniently located in the same couple of offices...urgent care, doctor's offices and PT. Friendly staff. Clean, quiet office. Glad it's only 5 minutes away.

Nurse practitioner Christina Potts is amazing, understanding, makes you feel like you're being listened to and never makes you feel dismissed.

When you talk to Christina about what's wrong, she shows a lot of determination and motivation to work with you to figure out the best way to treat what's wrong. Always reassuring and tells you to never give up.

There online messaging system is awesome, while the office is closed, I can send them a message of an update or question and they will call me back the very next day with answers.

Highly recommend this place.

Had an amazing experience at this Fenton Family Physicians, St.Lukes.
Kristina Potts the Nurse Practitioner seen both my husband and I today.
She was very kind, thorough, funny and extremely helpful in answering all are questions.
I would highly recommend St. Luke’s urgent care and family physicians. Every one here is very nice, Friendly and don’t make you feel like a new Patient at all.
Also they are great about wiping everything down, taking your temperature at the door and wearing mask during this difficult time.

First time visit. My old doc was just not listening to me so I had it. I went in to see Doctor Potts and I was SO PLEASED!! She not only was very attentive and focused, but she has such a great sense of humor which is always good to see! I told her I am keeping her forever! lol Thanks Doc Potts! A great visit with some great answers! I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS IF i COULD!

Great bedside manor I felt I had their total attention and not rushed.

I’ve been so happy with the care I have received through Dr. Patterson! You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. I’ve never had a more throughout and capable primary care physician!

Called 12-7-23 for symptoms of sinus infection. These symptoms lead to coughing fits and drainage.. the works...

12-7-23 (week prior)to be told to wait to be seen Monday 12-11-23. Followed up 12-11-23 (took off work) to be told couldn't be seen without a negative covid test. THIS IS AFTER WAITING 3 DAYS to even be seen. Ran down to Walgreens to get test, took test, negative result. AMBER the office gatekeeper, who pulled me off to the side and explained the procedures about covid testing and had confirmed the only thing I needed to be seen was a negative covid test.. AMBER, waited till after I had taken my test and then informed me I couldn't be seen till Wednesday 12-13-23 and all appointments were full. I have sinus infection and need antibiotics. It's a 10 minute consultation in office to gather information and verify symptoms. The level of LAZINESS , Ineptitude or clear lack of caring is on full display. CHRISTINA POTTS WAS THE BEST THING ABOUT THIS OFFICE AND SHE LEFT. The high reviews are WRONG and INNACURATE due to a conflict of interest CHRISTINA POTTS No longer works at this location and I can understand why. She cared. These people do not at all. STRONGLY advise seeing someone else. We are a Single income family and having taken the day off of work I am FURIOUS about this. I will not be back, and I do hope sharing this information helps someone else along the way.

The billing/customer service department has been a nightmare. The office charged me for an office visit instead of an annual physical in January, and I have been given the run around for the past 8 months trying to get this corrected. Will not be going back to this office.

I will never recommend this place. The nurse practitioner is rude and clearly didn’t listen in my first appointment. She accused me of lying and being drug seeking. Don’t waste your time.
