I always have a pleasant visit at this store, but today was exceptional. It started with a return that I needed to do and Sam took the time to find me an alternative item. She was very helpful and friendly! As I was checking out, Alexander was very nice and patient to pull up my receipt online. It's situations like these that make you feel appreciated and welcomed. Thank you guys!

Today I came in & this girl was very rude & obnoxious to me. She didn't even want to help me. However as always Shannon helped me. Shannon is always at her best. She never complains & always will stop what she's doing & help you to the end. If Shannon wasn't here I probably wouldn't shop here especially the girl in hot pink that rude to me.

Great customer service as every time I visit! Glad they kept their dressing rooms open without being so extra and complicated like AE! Walked out of AE with nothing in my hands due to their dressing room not being open and on top of that, workers are stuck up and rude. Walked my happy bum to Hollister and without a doubt, their dressing room was open and was able to try on jeans to see what size I need to purchase. I was extremely happy with everything! From the quality to the service! Walked out with a bag in my hand!

I love this store. They always have Great customer service. I especially liked that it wasn’t very busy yesterday, so I could get my Christmas shopping done. They always have such awesome jeans, that fit great on me and give me that fabulous sexy fit!! ...haha...😍.... It’s even better when they go on sale for $25. It’s always a Hollister for the win for me !

Good store. Decent size. You need to ask for a dressing room. Not too crowded.

Hollister at Hanes Mall is my teens favorite place to shop. Their clothes are great quality and they have the best selection of styles and sizes. The management goes above and beyond to help their costumers and they are always friendly and have enough staff on hand to assist you. We will shopping here for many more years!

Took my daughter shopping for back to school. Shannon I believe is her name was very helpful. She helped us get my daughter exact jean size. We had a good experience shopping at Hollister that day.

Hollisters clothes are relevant and always in line with current fashion standards. The staff are friendly and helpful. The prices are relative to its higher quality. I will definitely shop here again. Most stores are very dimly lit and smell really good from its cologne and perfumes. From my pespective the clothing is well made. They offer a well rounded selection and anyone can find something to their style no matter what it is.

Was buying for my 6 year old grandson. Kid's department small, but had nice clothes and reasonably priced, as we shop from Gap kid's. Will be returning.

I love this store. Great customer service. I especially liked Alex! They have awesome jeans that go on sale for 25$ occasionally... unlike American eagle. Hollister for the win!

I really like this store because he has some really great style and also very good customer service and I like the change fitting rooms they're really nice and also the prices for the jeans and the quality of the Jews are a really really good me and my friends like to come to tea store because it's a really nice to work to buy clothes at

Hollister is too small I was hoping it was bigger there's nothing there
