A delightful casual lunch option at reasonable prices. It's been on my list for ages and I finally made it up there during their open hours. The woman who took my order was so kind and welcoming. She even let me try the chicken salad before committing - everyone's chicken salad is different. She even mixed me up a dipping sauce for the tots, which were fried perfectly. I ate my lunch at the cute little garden oasis with picnic tables just to the side of the building. It was all very cute and a great way to spend an hour on a sunny Saturday.

Amazing!!! Meatball sub with perfect meatballs made in house, marinara the way marinara should be! My son loved the cheeseburger, chicken parm so tender. I so wish we lived closer! So kind and relaxed atmosphere, prices amazing. Just wow!

This is other best sandwich shop in the area. The place is small and we were greeted by the owner upon arrival. All food is freshly made. We were in a group of 4 adults and a teen. We’ve ordered cheeseburger, chicken parm sandwich, Reuben, meatball sandwich, and chicken Philly. All sandwiches were to die for. Meat was cooked to perfection and every bite was an explosion of flavors. The marinara house sauce was by far the favorite - light and flavorful. We tried fries and tato tots and they were alright. I’d definitely recommend this place for great sandwiches.

Food: Excellent burger! Mine was loaded. The dog was also very good with all of the accoutrements. Highly recommend.

My wife and I have been wanting to try Centreville for some time now. The food was great. Everything was extremely fresh. Marco and his wife could not have been nicer. It seemed like they knew everyone's name.
Dont make the same mistake we did and wait to long to eat here.

We happened by here completely by chance. I had the sweet sausage and the hubby had the cordon Bleu. Both were fantastic! This is one of our new favorite places.

5 stars all around. Fro. The first moment of walking in, it was a nice friendly calm environment the Staff friendly and nice. My order was made fast and correct. The flavor was amazing! Don't pass by without stopping!!!

Truly a place where locals go. While this is one of the best burgers in town, the reuben is awesome as is the meatball sandwich. They are closed on Monday.

I love the food and how the owners treat you like family. They are so very nice and wait on you with the upmost respect. I come here everytime I'm in nc. They have a lovely outside eating area beside a small creek. The menu is wonderful. The plates are great for sharing as they are large.

Awesome place to grab lunch, burgers and sandwiches. Delicious fries. Mmm. Oh yeah. This was some good stuff. Staff was friendly and funny and the food came quick. Ate outside at the picnic tables. Only open 11-3 which seems pretty crazy to me, I'd go here for dinner if I could. Everything was clean, bathrooms were in good shape and didnt leave me questioning the human condition. 5/5 would recommend. They even had a beyond burger for the vegetarian crowd so that's pretty cool. Was like 12$ for burger and fries, reasonably priced and I'm full and satisfied. Yeah burger burger yeah yeah burgers and fries oh yeah yum yeah heck yeah burger yeah can't believe it's not burger yeah yeah.

Wonderful food and fun atmosphere. Had the chicken salad and tuna melt and they were absolutely delicious. Ask the owner about the penny bar. Funny story. Worth the stop

Ok I’m from NY . Hands down best lunch in Asheville. Meatball sub with awesome tomato sauce and great bread . My wife got the shrimp sub. Tons of shrimp and great sauce. Also you are greeted by the owner and the service is impeccable. My new lunch place.

This place has great burgers. Menu has a great selection. Love the open kitchen. The owner greeted us, he is very welcoming. The staff is super friendly. All around great customer service. A little gem. A must try.

My wife is not a burger person but loves the Carolina Burger, I had the regular burger, very tasty and the home cut fries are excellent, Staff is very friendly, will try the other food next time around .. great small business

Finally got to stop by this restaurant. Lived in Asheville for a long time now. I am formally a professional chef and love the smaller restaurants, folks who love their restaurants and passionate about food and quality: which means great food, great communication, and great customer service.

Owner was very kind and asked me any question he could to make sure I was taken care of. 1st time had to have the burger 🍔 of course.

Burger was amazing, high quality ground beef, bun seared on flat top to perfection. Local produce without a doubt, tomatoes and greens were tasty and fresh. Fries cut in house and delightful. Price was great, I can’t wait to come back!!!

Wonderful little lunch spot! Simple yet delicious menu, attentive service, with efficiency. They were busy when we went but our lunch plates were out within about 5 minutes. Really glad we decided to stop in today!

Food was wonderful, Service was fast, restaurant was very clean, and the staff was friendly! What more could you ask for?
The restaurant isn’t large but they have inside and outside seating.
We are visiting from out-of-town for a little R&R, and we will be adding this place to our favorite places to eat around Asheville.

Very spacious, clean, and good customer service.
The woman at the counter have both of my daughters some bags with toys in them. Kids loved it.

Menu was full of options, not greasy death you’d get at some places in Asheville metro.
Food was fresh, everyone seemed to enjoy it. Wife was impressed.
A definite stop for lunch on a work day of I’m ever in the weaverville area for window cleaning.

The customers that were there were also nice people. No sketchy Walmart people.
