Pricing was right. We needed thirty four year old wallpaper removed from a wall that had never been primed. Bubbles galore when they got it off. Miguel got out all the bubble, respackled more than half the walls, was meticulous in his work, and did just a wonderful job. With the popcorn ceiling in our hallways gone and new LED lights, it looks like a different place. Highly recommend. Guy and Peggy

I had my kitchen cabinets refaced a few months ago. I love the new look to them. The installer was professional and finished the project in less time than quoted. Pricing was great. I would recommend to anyone.

Just had the cabinets in my bathroom replaced and they look awesome! They did a great job and the customer service was amazing. I'm planning remolding our kitchen soon and they'll definitely be doing our cabinets also.

I have worked here since January 2017 and I absolutely love it. I work with the best people who really care about the customers needs and wants. I have witnessed employees spend countless hours on a project to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I got siding and it was very well done. I absolutely loved it. The installers were really professional and I would recommend them to everyone!

*****UPDATE 8/23/17 **** My parents finally received their refund, Just hate we were not able to get our cabinets done by Cabinet Master Horrible, horrible company to do business with. May do great work but the manner in which they conduct business is horrific. My parents, which are retired ordered and gave a $5000.00 deposit for cabinets back in January . which they stated her cabinet would be installed March 5, here it is now August 9, 2017 and my parents still have no cabinets. We have contacted this company numerous time they have lied consistently about their cabinets being in production. Last week we My parents and I) call everyday to inform we no longer want to do business with them. I was told 3 day in a row that some one would return my call never happen. On one particular call I was hung up on and told that the cabinets were once again in production and a refund could not be given. Told them we do not want cabinets and request a refund , was told by manager that he would follow up with us concerning refund as of today still no one has contact my parents or myself concerning this matter. Have call for the past two day no one is answering phone. Will now proceed to next step to get my parents money back.

Before signing the contract they rescheduled on me 3 times...when they finally got here I signed the contract and did not hear back from them. I continued to call for updates. Communication was terrible and they rarely return phone calls. They kept giving me dates to start my project on voicemail messages but would not come. I would not recommend due to lack of professionalism. The bright side is they sent me a refund check form my deposit. Moving on.

Two months ago I got a quote for a new roof. After 2 phone calls from me a designer came yesterday to go over the details. I was informed that the quote I was given only covered my porch roof (which makes no sense and is definitely not what was discussed) and that if I want the whole roof it will be 3 times the price. It seems that either the salesperson told me a bunch of lies about warranties, parts and prices or the company just doesn't want to honor the quote (this second person says the company does not have to honor any contract they choose not to). I am disappointed and angry and it feels like I was played for a fool. I suggest that if you have dealings with this company you have a witness and a tape recorder. Very sketchy and unprofessional!

We put down a deposit of well over $1,000 more than 2 months ago. They said it should be completed by the end of July. Here we are the last day of July and they haven't even started and are no longer returning our calls. I am devastated at the lack of professionalism that has came out of this company. I've seen the work they do and they do a good job and quoted us a great price but at this point I feel nothing but irritation and disappointment.

I saw Cabinet Masters at a Home Show in Charlotte,N.C., and contracted April 2017. Reyes(name in reviews), stated two months average before work begins. June 2017,demo and removed cabinet doors (entire house cabinet doors). July 21, 2017, no completed cabinet work. Also contracted for painting, counter tops, Several sub-contractors have showed up, without parts to install, without their tools #example (latter to install ceiling lights). Apparently, if you miss a non scheduled show up, you get placed back in rotation, for your next visit. Foreman for project Mark Mease

They are predators and crooks. They prey on the elderly, take their money, and then will not return calls. They have done this to my parents. I'm trying to convince my mother to get a lawyer now. They have taken THOUSANDS from them. It's been two months, she calls daily, no response. They are stuck. DO NOT let this happen to your loved ones.

Contractors beware ..They do not pay their contractors what they agreeded to. They still owe us 1100.00 for a miss quoted job on their part. Not our fault. The customer was very happy when we left.

Met Luke at the home show in Charlotte in
early April. Sent two emails to Chris with photos, our request and dimensional information for a breakfast nook cabinet in our new home in Mooresville. Since that time we have expanded the project to include a entire wall in our dining room. Not even the courtesy of a reply saying no we're not interested. Project went to another firm, your loss.

Overly pushy Door to door sales person. wouldn't take "No thanks have a good night". Tried to tell me solar panels were illegal. The guy sounded more like a con artist than a sales guy.

Had them come give me an estimate for my roof & cabinet.....Roof $10,000.00 & $1,000.00 for caninet.....we were doing cabinet first so I could see their work...so they needed a deposit of $500 for the caninet....it was 1/2 of the price.......before I committed to the roof....waited for 2 wks & called them......After being transferred 3 times I finally spoke to someone.....in accounting......Now mind ya it took them 2 days to cash my check........Then told me that it could take up to 120 days to get my money back ....and they couldn't do my cabinet...cause I didn't commit to roof....Wow......BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY....Alot of bad reviews...do u research 1st.....BBB has already heard from me.......
