I have nothing but praise for the staff. Every front desk employee, vet tech, and veterinarian is so kind and knowledgeable. They are always willing to go above and beyond for myself and my cat to ensure a successful visit. I make sure to recommend this practice to every pet owner that I know.

The atmosphere of the office is welcoming. The staff is courteous, friendly, and professional. I feel my dog received excellent and thorough care, and I appreciate that everything was clearly explained. Dr. Hodes is great!

Dr Hodes and her entire team was amazing in their care during assessment and also during the decision making process for emergency surgery! Everyone has been following up to check on her and make sure she is ok. I am so glad to be at a vet that feels like family!

Brought my cat here for the first time and I loved this place. I came here because I needed an appointment asap and other places didn't have any appointments available. I'm very happy I wound up coming here. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. My cat doesn't like strangers, but he behaved so well with them and was comfortable there. Dr. Jessica Howard was very knowledgeable and explained things in detail and very thoroughly which I really appreciated. She definitely helped my kitty resolve his health issue he was having and he's back to being a happy cat. I'll definitely be going back here again and bring all my animals here from now on.

County Animal Hospital continually exceeds our expectations. The staff and doctors are unbelievably kind, patient, and truly seem to care about my dog. I’d recommend them without hesitation!

County is a GREAT place to find medical care and love for our pets! Wonderful, friendly staff and gobs of personal care and service. I am a long-time customer (many years, through many pets). The docs and techs and staff are great!

This clinic and the staff are phenomenal! I have taken my leopard gecko and a rescue kitten to the clinic and both times the staff was caring and supportive. The staff took their time with us, including the physician, and explaining details of the care. We never felt rushed! Highly recommend.

Everyone is always super kind and affectionate with my slightly anxious pup and they always help her (and me) feel right at home.

I find the compassionate and thorough care of the veterinarians, techs, and other staff at County Animal Hospital heartwarming and reassuring. I have also experienced fabulous customer service. I highly recommend these caring professionals.

Dr Vitucci and his staff are friendly, educated, and great at communicating with us on our dog’s health. My dog has had 2 ACL surgeries, a tumor removed, and a severe round of a virus that was going on in the area at the time. Each time, I left there with a calming sense that my dog would be okay in their hands. My wife and I have had zero negative experiences or complaints. I highly recommend Dr Vitucci and his staff for all things regarding pets. Very appreciate at this time of the year because he had his 2 knee surgeries at this time 4 years apart. Thank you County Animal Hospital!!!!!!

Our dogs have always been excited to go to County Animal Hospital. I think that says a lot about the staff and care they receive there.

BEST STAFF I’VE MET
I found a kitten on the side of the highway in Illinois and was able to turn it in here. It was rejected by the Humane Society (kitten was from Illinois) and Open Door (they were full). I’m so glad we were able to get him taken care of here.

This was absolutely the best experience that I have ever had at the County Animal Hospital. Everyone from the receptionist, technician, to the vet were so professional, helpful, and genuinely concerned about meeting my dog's needs. The veterinarian did an outstanding job! Also, I would like to express my appreciation that your office visit fees are affordable and in today's economy every bit helps. Kudos to everyone at the County Animal Hospital for taking and making the time to see that my dog was getting the best care possible.

We have 2 elder cats and currently 2 large breed puppies. Our 14 yr old Malteepoo passed recently. All of them have had the best of care from the knowledgeable Doctors and staff at County Animal Hospital. Everyone is compassionate and truly care about their patients.

Dr. Hodes and the staff at CAH are wonderful! They sincerely care about the 'patient' and the family and they're even very kind about listening to all of our endearing stories about our 'babies'. Very knowledgeable and they explain the care they are giving and why they feel it's necessary.
The only reason for the point loss is the hospital's hours. It works fine for us (we're retired) but may not be convenient for others who depend upon evenings or weekends for care.

Dr Hodes and her entire team were top notch from start to finish- and all the in between. Highly recommend!

My cat became ill within 24 hours. My own vet was booked up and couldn't see my cat for a week! County Animal Hospital was able to give me an appointment the very same day. Dr. Hodes gave my cat excellent care and explained everything to me.
The staff were also very kind and friendly.
I highly recommend this animal hospital for great care all around.
