I was very pleased with multiple aspects of my used-car-buying experience at Skye Autohaus. First, the Ford Focus hatchback I chose was IMPRESSIVELY clean and smelled fresh. For a 7 year old vehicle with light colored cloth seats, I was blown away by how well it was detailed and as close as possible to "like new" inside, and that made me feel good about driving it in the care they took with it. Second, Kristen was extremely helpful, friendly, and excellent at explaining details to me through the purchasing process, and really took her time with us, even though our stay there lasted past closing time. We never felt rushed or pressured and the dealership has a cozy small-town vibe that's pleasantly different from what you might expect in a car buying experience. Super customer service and a pleasure to work with! Thank you all!

I haven't bought a car in 12 years, so I was incredibly anxious in the process. I spent weeks looking online and driving 1-2 hours away to look at/test drive vehicles. After looking on Car Gurus website, I came across a used Subaru here. When I arrived, the car I wanted had already sold. However, Andrew showed me several other cars that were similar to the one I had found online. He was, hands down, the best salesman I've ever felt with. No pressure, honest, and kind. He made the buying process easy and transparent. The prices were very reasonable. I cannot recommend them enough!

My husband and I stopped in on 12/5/2020 to look at Subaru Outback and the Forester. After looking, we came across a Subaru Legacy with less mileage, better price, and offered more bells and whistles. Kristen was fabulous to work with during this time. She was busy with another couple and didn't make us feel less important or bothered. She paused what she was doing and quickly took my license and gave me the keys so we could test drive the Legacy. Kristen was very polite, not pushy, great personality, and wasn't trying to make a sale. She answered our questions we had and made us feel very comfortable about our purchase. The gentleman cleaned up our new car while we were doing all the paperwork. We ended up buying a 2015 Subaru Legacy with lots of bells and whistles. It was a very stress free purchase and smooth process. I would buy again from them. :)) Thank you Kristen for a pleasant experience.

A few months back I was looking to trade in my vehicle at the time for a major upgrade. I literally went to about eight different car lots searching for the right vehicle and I finally came across this place. First I talked with Andrew and he was a major help, was very patient and understanding, gave me the best advice. So I decided to come back a little later with more of a down payment and I talked to a very sweet soul! Kristen was super kind, very helpful and patient with me during the process (I had no clue what to do and asked a ton of questions). Always had a smile on her face! My son and I left Skye Autohaus with a MUCH better vehicle and great experience. Will definitely be coming back in the future! Highly recommended.

I stopped in here to test drive an older Subaru. I was suspicious of used car dealers due to some bad experiences, but Travis was very friendly, helpful and easy going which put my feelings at ease. I ended up not buying a car here, as that particular car was not for me and it was the only one they had in my (low) price point.

Later on after I had purchased a different car I had a complication with the registration because I had purchased it from an individual. I was unable to resolve this on my own due to being new here, unfamiliar with the state laws of acquiring a car, and not knowing many people here who could help. Out of desperation, I called Travis. He was just as friendly as before and very patient and generous with his time in helping me - with a car that I bought elsewhere. Wow. Ultimately it was the only reason I didn't have to wait a full MONTH to drive my newly acquired car. The woman at the front desk there was also very sweet and friendly, though I didn't get her name.

This has broken my bias against used car dealers. I was so impressed and truly inspired by their kindness and helpfulness - it brings to mind the best kind of "old-fashioned" sense of business and community which is so beautiful and refreshing. Skye Autohaus is really good people who are genuinely kind and caring. In a few years when I have more money to purchase a higher quality car, this place will be my first stop.
