Americas Best Value Inn Tupelo

The rooms are always nice and clean and even smell clean! The housekeeping does a great job. The location is super convenient right next to a major Truck stop, it's close to Walmart and restaurants. It's quiet, never any drama or bad situations. I'd definitely recommend!

TRAVELED OUT OF TOWN FOR WORK , DECIDED TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL, 4 STAR HOTEL WITH A 2 STAR RATING, LET ME TELL YOU FROM THE TIME I WALKED IN THE DOOR THE OWNER CAME AND GAVE ME A MOST WONDERFUL GREETING, VERY PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS MAN, KIND AND GENTLE EASY TO TALK TO, THE ROOM WAS THE BEST , TALL CEILINGS, EVEN IN THE BATHROOM, SERVICES WERE A1, CLEANING STAFF REALLY KEEPS THIS MOTEL CLEAN, BEDS VERY COMFORTABLE, AND PILLOWS EXTRA SOFT AND YOU HAVE 4 OF THEM, FRIDGE AND MICROWAVE VERY CLEAN, IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA AND NEED A NICE MOTEL RITE OFF THE HIGHWAY THEN YOU PULL IN HERE AND YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED CLOSE TO FOOD RITE UP THE HILL AND ACROSS THE PARKING LOT 😀

It was nice, clean and convenient to I-22 with a Love's truckstop next door with a Subway and McDonald's.

This is one of the safest places to stay while in Tupelo. Manager was kept the property in good shape . He is an Indian-American family man.very easy to speak with, no attitude. This was the first motel that gave us enough towels for the 3 of us traveling. BUT I Was quoted 79 for 2 bed and reconfirmed while on the phone, but Manager switched price to 99 when we arrived stating I was given a single bed price( not true I reconfirmed twice) . But this hotel is so far from all the bad people, no vagrants, or neighborhoods near by. Love's with 24hour McDonald's right next door. Semi truck service across the street. Property was very clean . I would recommend for sure. Just settle on price and confirm before arriving. if you are on a budget it is worth the extra $40 to be safe. Lobby looked to be set up for breakfast and internet lounge but was being used for storage and kids bike area. They were upgrading interior but obviously not in a hurry to use lobby as there were tell tales of it being that way quite s while. But still the 2nd best next to Wyndham

I was so pleasantly surprised staying here! I don’t know why the rating is only a 4.0. The rooms are so affordable, clean, and the beds are extremely comfortable, and the area felt very safe. I was impressed with how well the outside is kept up. The landscaping was well-manicured and the motel had great curb appeal.

I was traveling with some very picky people with high cleanliness standards when it comes to hotels, and we all felt our rooms were spotless. While being no frills - no breakfast, no pool, only basic toiletries - it was the perfect place to stay for getting a good night’s sleep before getting back out on the road. I love that this motel provides a more affordable option that doesn’t raise the price for all those unnecessary extras other hotels have. I will definitely be looking for Best Value Inns on all my future road trips!

Stayed 2 nights ago. The room was extremely nice. The staff was very helpful in parking my truck and cargo trailer. I highly recommend staying here if you are going 22.

Under 100.00usd, this place had the cleanest rooms I have visited lately. The staff was very responsive. The commons area was under construction. Still the room cleanliness sold it for me

Found on a 3rd party site but didn't disappoint. Comfortable beds clean rooms with nice amenities. Pet friendly so if you have your furbabies they are welcome as well. Very reasonably priced. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

Nice clean unassuming hotel. The beds were comfortable and the water was gloriously 🔥! I have a dog and the pet fee was only 15.00. We were in our semi truck without the trailer and the owner allowed us to park it in front of his dumpster area so we could keep an eye on it but still be out of the way. It's in a nice location just off of 22. If you are looking for good nights sleep that won't break the bank this one fits in the bill.

First time staying here and it was nice. Was able to park my truck and trailer in front. It's located next to a Love's travel center. The rooms were very clean, nice and comfortable.

The location is 5 star...Love's, McDonald's, Subway. It's a great stop over!

Very reasonably priced, Convenient location off of I 22. Felt secure with nicely lit up exterior parking. Very spacious, CLEAN rooms on a nicely kept property. Surprisingly quiet considering there's a Loves truck stop just across from it. Do NOT expect much in the breakfast area, but hey, there's a McDonald's with the Loves, conveniently located. RECOMMEND!

Vaulted ceilings spotless room gigantic spacious roomy stylish cozy well-appointed->coffee in the room->ample parking->easy on and off highway access near shopping food and easy access to Tupelo! Best kept secret in hotel stop in Tupelo. The rooms are updated clean vaulted ceilings on first floor no dirty smell. Entire room looks like professional designer designed it. Ac worked good. Nice cozy bed cozy pillows. Ample shampoo soap and extra towels and washcloths and hand towels. What a fabulous hotel off the beaten path. You will not be disappointed. The front desk staff is nice and polite and the continental breakfast hits the spot ! What a great find!!

This place is 100% better than the Pontotoc inn!! The room was also cheaper and very quiet and had all of the amenities that you could ask for!! Definitely will be back!

We did not have a coffee maker, but other rooms did! Also, the TV did not work in our room!

I had a great experience here as a solo female traveler. I felt very safe and the staff was accommodating. Room was clean and did not smell like smoke even though smoking is allowed in some rooms. That is always a concern for me. Typical hotel room layout. Bed, desk, bathroom, luggage rack, chair, tv, and common amenities. For the price and quality I’d say this is one of your best options in Tupelo. Not much for breakfast but some pastries, yogurt, and cereal. You can make it work if you are traveling on a budget. I don’t have anything bad to say about this place. Directly across the parking lot there is a giant gas station with McDonald’s and Subway. If you have to stay here a few weeks you should be fine. Internet worked great.

We were on our way to Florida with 2 toddler girls when we detoured to Elvis's birthplace and needed a place to stay. I read the reviews about the CLEAN rooms, COMFY beds and SAFE location and they were right. It's a newer, quiet inn tucked out of the way off the highway. The air in the room was fresh and clean with NO mildew smell at all even with the a/c on. The bed was amazing. The last comfortable mattress I expereinced like this was a $300/night Marriott hotel in Minnesota. And this place was UNDER $60! No pool = great savings. The breakfast was continental and not hot, but there were plenty of things to toast and good coffee. The staff was very nice and welcoming to my girls. We didn't hear anyone else walking by or doors slamming until the morning. You can tell the construction was newer because of the lack of noise between floors. I let them know there was weather stripping missing at the bottom of the front door so they can fix it before the temps really hit freezing. That was my only "complaint" and not a real one at that. We will definitely stay here again!

If you are in the area & need a place to stay & don't need a pool this is it. Very budget friendly, very clean, beds were comfortable & employees were very polite & helpful. Breakfast was simple there was muffins, cereal, toast, rolls, yogurt & boiled eggs. There was juice & coffee. Right across the parking lot is a McDonald's, Subway & a Loves Truck Stop. Rooms are quiet & you can not hear trucks at truck stop.

Comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and modern rooms. Pet friendly, but there is a $10 fee, per pet, per night. No weight restrictions. They didn't blink when we walked our 100 lb Doberman in lobby. Mini fridge, microwave,TV and hair dryer. Way, way, way better than the Motel 6 we stayed at in Memphis. Good place for the price.
