AT&T Store

Cole S went over our bill with us and helped us pick out a new phone... he was sweet and very knowledgeable... we are receiving the new phone from AT&T through the mail and we plan to revisit to buy accessories for the phone... thank you!

Had a quick and wonderful service. Went in to get a flip phone and walked out with one ordered. From walking in the door to my exit it took less than 30 minutes.

Austin and Aspen were super helpful! They knew what they were doing and AT&T’s programs very well. In this day and age where many employees have no clue about their products, they demonstrated a high level of knowledge and skill.

I met with both Dillon and Aspen and they were amazing they helped me get a new phone for no extra cost definitely going to this store from now on!

Every experience I’ve had at the Coley Road location in Tupelo has been fantastic, and today was no exception.

I was prepared to spend half the day in there sorting out my issue, but my sales associate Aspen was lightning fast about getting me taken care of!

Matthew did a wonderful job! He helped find a phone case for my new phone and even helped me find a sale priced one. Definitely encourage he gets promoted or a raise for caring for his customers and their wallets!

Walked into the store today just wanting a new line and new phone for my mom. Cody was helpful from the start and even got me some discounts I wasn’t aware of! I ended up leaving with 3 new lines (phones as well) and some happy family members! Thank you AT&T for making things easy and helping!!!!

This is a great store! Lori Duke, one of the managers there is phenomenal! She knows her stuff and I had a wonderful experience there. It’s the only store I go to in Tupelo. I highly recommend this store and especially Lori!

Today I visited the AT&T on Coley Rd in Tupelo to buy a new phone. A very efficient lady, Morgan helped me pick out the perfect phone - it was the smoothest transaction I’ve ever had buying a phone. I was in and out in a short manner of time. I am so pleased as I had been putting it off for months because I hate waiting in line. No wait - immediate and super service!

What an awesome store! This location is incredibly well-managed and staffed. Katie Buller helped us with some major challenges including 3 old phones and two tech-challenged old people. She was very competent and totally relaxed in serving us and we were so appreciative of her expertise. Thank you, Katie!

I have had many encounters with AT&T, most of them far from pleasant, but today made up for it ALL. Michael at the Tupelo store went above and beyond to handle every detail of my upgrade and new phone purchase with such professionalism and speed. He is an outstanding asset to this store and this Business!
His level of kindness and concern for every aspect of my transaction was such a breath of fresh air. I will send all my friends, family, and coworkers to him in the future.
