Wendy's

Dave's double cheese burger combo was soo good. The burger looked just like the commercials. Fries were hot, fresh and crispy.

The Wendy's menu has a great variety of combos, salads, and I just love the chocolate Frosty's!! The young lady at the drive-thru had excellent customer service!!

My Daves single was hot and juicy like in the old days. Pleasantly surprised.

Drive through was good, but had to wait for somebody to talk to me. They started but after my answer, nothing. I started again and everything went fine.
Paid $10000, was worth it. Food was still hot and tasted good.

My last few experiences have been on point with my Drive Thru visit to Wendy's on University Pkwy, WS, NC.

The Food has been hot when delivered. All Condiments was inside of the bag, such as napkins, cutlery, sauces for nuggets, straw.

Customer Service has been on point to my surprise as I was greeted when I pulled up and I had to wait before placing my order, I was asked to please hold without being made to feel like I was a bother for using the Drive Thru, I was spoken to in a calm voice without being made to feel like you don't want my dollars, before pulling off from the Drive Thru, I always checky order and the Cashier asked if everything was correct.

Parking lot was clean and there were NO beggars asking for some change.

OVERALL I prefer this Wendy's versus others in the city other than the location located across from Baptist Hospital.

Excellent service. The woman whom works customer service is very professional, friendly and exceeded all expectations. The food was delicious 😋 and cooked to perfection. I specifically ordered two spicy🔥chicken 🐔 sandwiches and a medium french fry. The fries were crispy and hot and the sandwiches were hot & juicy. Will definitely return.

Every time I frequent this Wendy's I leave beyond satisfied. Today the service was even better than before and the food was just as superb - so I decided to leave a stellar review. The manger Brandy that was on shift was so professional and nice. And I always get divine customer service from a young lady named Italy that is usually working the register when I visit. She's a fabulous and delightful employee. Looking forward to going back very soon. I captured a great shot of both ladies in my picture attached. Brandy is on the register and Italy (next to her) is preparing for her shift with a pleasant smile.

Just stopped for a quick dinner that day. Hadn't been to Wendy's in quite some time. Drive threw was efficient and order taker was friendly. Meal seamed fresh . I had a good experience.

I went to this location tonight wanting a loaded baked potato and when I hot to the window I was told they did not have any because the ones they were going to serve was not up to the standards to be sold .... I was disappointed but the Shift Manager Latoya was so sweet she apologized and said since I waited to be told there were none she offered me to get whatever I wanted and did not charge because of the inconvenience. Her personality was awesome and she was super sweet!! Thank you for having such an exemplary employee!!!

Wendy's never disappoint me. They get it right every time. Quick, correct, and friendly. To me they are the most accurate fast-food in the industry. Even beating out (My Pleasure).

We stop at this Wendy's drivethrough location on Sundays with our special needs daughter to let her enjoy a chocolate frosty. This morning her Frosty was hand delivered to us while in line. Thank you too the nice young man who reminded us there are still kind souls in this world.

1st thank you to all the employee's. Covid & the shortage is hard on all of you. I am giving this restaurant 5 stars just for the customer service. Customer service is important. There is one drive thru employee by the name of Nate. No matter how long Nate is working or how packed it is he keep a golden attitude. He repeat the order with accuracy. When he is working I know my order will be correct. When he is not there my order goes downhill. In my line of work customer service is key. Wendy's please do something different with the buns. Toast them or something. I feel like I am eating cheap off brand light bread. If the Wendy's near Baptist medical center can make the meat taste better then I know y'all can.

Newly remodeled location and new management. Also a lot of new faces among the employees. Service is much faster even with long lines at lunch and I now don't have to worry about being able to get food during my lunch break. The cashiers are knowledgeable about what they serve and suggest ways to save me money. I'll be back here!

Went around 11pm, the gentleman working was on point, checking the potatoes to make sure it was good. Very polite and friendly...just because of his kindness (and good strawberry salad :) I will go back!

This Wendy's location has amazing afternoon customer service. You can once again eat inside but it is awkward asking for a new cup whenever you need a drink refill. Great experience.

Let me just say that most restaurants on this side of town have terrible service and are very dirty.. This is not the case for this Wendy’s! The team provides amazing customer service even when some customers are being very rude to them they always handle their selves with respect and positive attitudes. I choose Wendy’s most days because they are the only place that I can count on to provide consistency.

OMG great service right at the door. Brandy had a pleasant willing to help you voice. We had aspecial order n it was just right. The food was hot n delious. Pleasantly surprised. Repeat Performance.

I had the best experience at Wendy's on University parkway I went in there they were short-handed but the manager took time to help me get my food to my table make sure my grandkids have their drinks and the food was delicious and the customer service was excellent day and a wonderful meal
