I have to say that I’m absolutely impressed with the service on all levels at the University pkw Home Depot location. I just moved here from Florida and this location is less than 2 miles away from my home. Been renovating my new home and between representatives Kim, Steve , Kieth , Rod and every other rep that has helped me that I unfortunately cannot remember the others names. , they all deserve 5 stars!

This is a great home Depot location. The staff go above and beyond to be helpful and find the parts, appliances, 🔧🔩 tools, and 🪵 supplies you might need for your next project. They constantly have good sales happening to find the best deals and a decent credit card with no interest on certain purchases. They also have ♿ handicap accessible aisles, parking, and 🚻restrooms. Also don't sleep on the home and 🌷❇garden section.

Easy in/out. Plenty parking. Good stock. Usually lower prices than Lowes. Accepts veterans discount

Awesome choice of plants!
All plants grouped into full sun/part sun/shade. Annuals/Perennials. Trees/shrubs. It was much easier to find exact plants for my area here in comparison with Lowes. Prices are good too.

This store isn't as busy, as the other store in Winston. It's worth the drive

They had all the plants that we needed. We tried Lowe's hardware but they didn't have any of the plants that we wanted. Home Depot was more reasonable on their prices too.

I like this location of Home Depot. It's not very old and doesn't get too busy so it's easy for me to wheel around in my chair and get what I need. Lots of people willing to help anywhere in the store and especially at the registers. Always clean and organize but they could use a few more things on the shelves. They're out of stock on quite a bit but I'm okay with that.

On June 1, 2022, Sean help load my Toto single piece toilet. He had a pleasant personality. Thanks a lot.

I have always been pleased with Home Depot. The store is clean and well organized. The condition of the bathrooms, to me, reflects the attitude of the employees; especially management. There will be times because of customer volume, shift changes,... that something might not be exactly so. Yet, I am happy to report that this is very unlikely at this store. The bathroom has always been presentable, which to me, means management has a good attitude and trickles down to the employees. It is a delight to have sincere people ask if they can help you, instead of run from you. Folks at Home Depot, keep up the good work.

This Home Depot is the best Home Depot I have ever been in regarding Customer Service and helpfulness. The staff is always willing to help and unlike other hardware stores, you don't feel like you are bothering them when you need something. They are a role model for the rest of your locations!

I've worked merchandising at a home improvement store and it is non-stop. We went in on a Tuesday night just to price some items for a project. We were greeted, we were asked if we needed help, every employee I saw was actively working and there were plenty of staff on hand. The store was neat and clean despite all of the work. I was impressed.

Employees were very helpful. The veterans’s discount that they give is always nice. We found everything we needed, I just wish the price of lumber would come down.

Needed help in the bath area, and Sean and Tinga were extremely kind and helpful with the loading of my products and helping me find what I need!! Excellent customer service

I prefer home depot instead of Lowes because their prices are some times 10 or 20 or 30percent cheaper than lows...

We have always loved this store. The staff are very nice people. They try to help but are not overbearing. But if you need some help they are not hard to find. The products they have are great. I just wish there was one closer to home!!

After spending 2 hours at Lowes with NO HELP FROM STAFF, or no one to help us, we went to Home Depot where we met immediately with Jnyia. Not only she greeted us immediately, but within seconds she went ABOVE & BEYOND, finding for us what we were looking for, making sure it worked for us and had us leaving in less than 10 minutes. Extremely pleasant and resourceful, this woman deserves a raise!!! Great job Jnyia and thank you!!!
