So thankful for services of my local insurance company. Mike at Granite Falls Nationwide was so helpful. I wish all companies would take his approach with customers. First of all I got help when I needed it no long hours wondering how it would be handled. Seconds he gave clear information helped get our claim moving fast. Third if you are going to do business with some to protect your home it should be done with someone that cares enough to help. So if you are like me you will appreciate Nationwide on your side,well know company but their people make the business. Thanks

Mike and Regina are always there to help in any way they possible There have been several times that I needed a form, answers to a question, etc.and they have always helped me out. Just today I needed a certain insurance form. I waited to the last
minute so I called on my way to the office. As soon as I walked in the door Regina handed me what I had asked for and I was on my way. As far as I’m concerned this is the best Insurance agent and office in Caldwell, Catawba, Burke, and Watauga County.
