I have been working with Granite since the inception of my business (Boundless Adventures/2015.) I obviously shopped around early on, and Granite's prices were extremely competitive. When it comes to new policies/applications/paperwork (which I despise), they make it as painless as possible. When it comes to explaining different policy options, they are extremely patient and helpful, as I tend to ask the same questions over and over again. They are willing to do webinars with my employees regarding incident reporting and risk management mitigation. I can go on and on. Bottom line, Granite provides the personal, friendly service of a mom and pop ice cream parlor and the product offering and professional services of a top multi-national!

Granite Insurance has taken care of my insurance needs for well over 20 years. Neil, Lou Ann, Kim and crew have taken care of my every need, and answered any questions I have had, in a timely manner. They follow up after I have needed them, to make sure everything was handled to my satisfaction. I can't say enough about how great they are, if there were 10 stars, it wouldn't be enough to rate the exceptional service they provide.
