Forever 21

I was shopping in this store a few days ago and getting my New Years outfit together and I was provided excellent customer service from the manager Ashley. She went above and beyond and helped me put an outfit together when I had no idea where to start. Good customer service is hard to find!

I just want to state, I had a 5 star experience this past weekend at Forever21 in Hanes Mall. I came in closer toward closing time in a rush to find an outfit for my last minute decision to attend a class reunion. Lo and behold, the staff were helpful, but, also patient with me. I appreciate patience so much in our world these days because it’s so hard to find sometimes. The store was clean, organized, and had an ample supply of different pieces to fit different taste. Thank you so much for making my night so special!

Let me start 1st by saying that I'm appreciative of great customer service, hence why I take the time to write reviews. People tend to complain about the most miniscule of things but seem to NEVER voice the great experiences that happen in their presence. I wanna thank Nancy and Kenya(Both associates) for doing their best to fix my situation before reaching out to Ashley(Sales manager) who made her presence felt on a job well done going above and beyond to make me happy. I have always loved this Forever 21! It is humongous! There is something for everyone, regardless of style, age or weight! I am so glad they have a plus-size section as well, considering most only offer it online.! Everytime we go in we are greeted by employees. Checking out has never been a problem! Most of their clothing is a little overpriced for the quality, so be sure to hit the sales!

Love the new clothing their selling! The Cheetos, Coke, Sprite and more. It's so creative and great for the summer! Their other items sold are just as good

Great place for clothes me and my friends shop here all the time. I cant buy all the nice close here but i try thanks.

They have a big selection and prices are very reasonable. Men and women clothes. Go check them out won't be disappointed.

A clothing store with very fashion forward items and is targeted to younger generations ( EVEN OLDER FASHIONISTAS) and the prices are $ cheap!
Avoid peak times because it is packed with people.
