I've been a loyal customer of Gateway Auto Care for over five years now, and I can confidently say they provide the best service in town! From day one, they've consistently delivered trustworthy and reliable service, always treating me right. The team at Gateway Auto Care is not only professional but also incredibly courteous and respectful. Every visit leaves me feeling confident that my vehicle is in good hands. They've earned my trust and loyalty time and time again!

I went to Nicks Complete Automotive for the last few years and just recently switched over to Gateway Autocare. The great thing in Nick owns them both!!

My service advisor Nate also made the switch so the care of my Traverse and Silverado has been seamless.

Lately both of my vehicles have decided to be difficult.

The Traverse alternator decided to die when my wife went to work. Not only were they able to quickly diagnose the issue but they also fixed it that same day. Amazing service!!

My Silverado(2006) is having some issues with a vibration. They reduced it down to being a driveshaft bushing issue. Not an easy thing to determine. In the past they also changed my engine due to the engine making a lot of noise and metal.

From Nicks complete automotive to now Gateway I know I will have great service at a good price.

As a long-time customer, I was again happy to take my out-of-warrenty vehicle to Nick's for the work I would expect the dealer to be doing at the milage indicated on the car plus a safety check. I was happy with the ease at getting an appointment and speed in which the work was completed. Yea, Nick's!

I'm editing my review after around 4 years, I'm guessing, of bringing my vehicles to Gateway. I'm still always thrilled with the quality, efficiency, and reasonable costs of their services. I trust them entirely, and recently, they added wheels, tires, and all new suspension to my Tacoma.
Everything turned out phenomenal, and I've had zero issues even with all the new parts. The price was even LESS than I expected!
Can't recommend them enough!

I am very satisfied with my interactions with Gateway Auto Care.

From the scheduled drop off time within 1 hour I received messages informing me of everything being performed plus getting a phone call with detailed information including a call when the vehicle was done.

The end result was not only getting the required repairs completed at a decent price but also being informed of an item that didn’t need servicing thus a show of integrity where as they could have taken advantage of me and didn’t.

I will be returning there for my future work in the future.

If you in need of work on your vehicle go here immediately! They get you in fast and send you updates via text, email, or phone. They take pictures of everything they look at and send you a list of what needs to be fixed, could wait to be fixed, or doesn't need service. They are honest, affordable, and get your vehicle back to you ASAP.

I have been a totally satisfied customer of Nick's Complete Auto. Nick's recently closed, and the business was folded into Gateway, which is owned by the same owner as Nick's. I just had both my cars serviced at Gateway, and I am glad to say they are the same people who serviced my cars at Nick's. They even have my cars' histories on their computer.

I would 1000/10 recommend Gateway Auto for any of your vehicles needs. They are so honest and thorough. They care about their customers and they stand behind their work.
Update: I came here a second time for a ton of work on my vehicle and once again they were extremely friendly and honest and went above and beyond. I will continue to recommend.

I called on a Monday about my F150 with a broken brake line. Originally said they probably couldn't look at it until Thursday or Friday. I dropped it off Monday afternoon and asked them to look at it whenever they had a chance. They repaired it the same day; it was done by the end of the day on Monday. Cost was reasonable; great first experience with Gateway; I would definitely try them again

Trustworthy, prompt, professional service. I had an alignment done after I got new tires from Costco (recommended). Gateway charged me for some labor as they checked and I didn't actually need an alignment. Honest folks!

Both of the vehicles I've brought here have been well taken care of, I was never pushed into something or pressured. Always talk to someone who has a good tone to their voice and very pleasant to talk to.
