Was helped by an employee named Timothy S.
Had a great experience trying to assemble the necessary hardware and materials to make 2 side tables. Timothy/Tim went far out of his way to assist in determining the lumber required, and provided helpful suggestions regarding alternative ways I could have made the table legs (but not in a way that seemed like he was trying to sell me anything, just help).
He offered to cut my lumber to length, load the wood onto my cart (even taking care to avoid the ever-warped HD lumber, putting one back that appeared to have waning), and also load into my Toyota.
We were in-and-out, whereas normally I take forever in the store overthinking the quantity of wood I will actually need.

Love their plants! And that I can bring my dog :) I do wish they carried preserved sphagnum moss though

The best Home Depot store in the area! The customer service reps in all the departments are so friendly and the ProDesk employees really know their stuff!

We shop here here fairly regularly, but recently did the kids workshop and it was so much fun! Whenever we shop here the staff is always helpful, which is great because the store is huge and it can be a challenge to find what your looking for sometimes. That being said, this place has everything you need for home improvement!

The employee culture here is amazing. I can think of 3 times with 3 different employees where they went above any beyond. I picked up an online order with my daughter and they gave us free kits to make wooden napkin holders. Before I had a truck they would go out of their way to cut boards to a size I needed. It's not commone to get that from big businesses.

We purchased a Treager from this Home Depot location and it was delivered unassembled when it was supposed to be assembled. We received top notch customer service getting the issue resolved! We couldn’t be happier.

The people who work here are SO helpful! I came here to pick up an online order and the staff was very helpful bringing out my large box and when it wouldn't fit into my SUV, they opened the box and emptied it into the back of the SUV. U get everything and anything needed for home

I'm here constantly to pick up stuff for our clients. They have a nice variety of everything you need. Although this is a slightly smaller Home Depot and others so sometimes they don't have exactly what you need. But their lawn and garden department is very nice and lost employees are very helpful.

Had a gentleman, Jeremy, go beyond over and above trying to help me find a snowblower cover during off season. He could of easily blown me off. Without hesitation he said let me go look at inventory and see what crate they are in. They were no longer on the shelves. He went out to off season storage and looked through inventory. The thing is he was busy with other things I’m sure, he did this without hesitation and actually “thanked me” for waiting. An old school out of the way service provided by him that I had believed was a thing of the past. To say I was blown away and impressed is an understatement. Kudos to you Jeremy for exceeding any possible expectations I could of had. I hope your store manager reads this and if so please reach out to me if you do! Jeremy should be recognized for his efforts and total commitment to customer service!!!!!!

Built a cabin 7 years ago, bought most of our interior stuff from Home Depot. Usually the help is extremely excellent, today I was looking for toilet seats, and couldn't find anyone to help me, one of the customers that was there literally helped me pick it out, told me the pros and cons of them all. Is said, man you should work here! He said he owns high-end rentals, we have kohler toilets and I choice that brand for the seat, even though there all compatible (found this out from my customer helper).. When I went to check myself out, not something I enjoy doing, one of the workers came over and pulled out my receipt, and said did you find everything you needed today? I replied, since I couldn't find an employee to help me one of the customers did. Which she replied well on your receipt there is a review that you can go on Home Depot website and can win up to $5,000! She a said be sure and put my name in, Peggy, and if you win you can buy me something, I replied but Peggy, you didn't help me....

We ordered a Husky tool box online and opted to ship to the Hudson, WI store for pick up. After we received the email the box was ready for pickup, we soon realized only half the box was there. Dan (I’m sorry I don’t know his last name) came to the rescue. He placed an order for a whole new box, tracked it, kept me updated AND had it shipped directly to our house. He went above and beyond to ensure we got our tool box. This is why we are loyal Home Depot customers.

Another great example of great customer service, the helpful employee searched for at least 10 minutes for a item that should have been in stock unsuccessfully but it's the determination to try and help that impressed me. Thank you home depot.

The Hudson Home Depot has exceptional service! I needed to have some boards cut for a project and Tim was very helpful and efficient in helping me cut the boards, even though he had to get called away from a different project to help me.

But what was even more impressive, was the young man Jared, a high schooler who helped me check out. He must have finished his shift right after helping me, because he walked past me loading boards in my car as he was walking to his car with his lunch box. He offered to help me, even though he was off the clock. Then, when the last board didn't fit, he helped me brain storm ways to make it work. We ended up needing to unload most of the boards, put the big one in first, then load it all back up. He stuck with me until it was all good! That's super impressive for a high school teenager!

Nothing earth shattering or time stopping.
Store was clean, organized, and the staff was very helpful in pulling heavy items off the shelf, rolling it up to pay and loading it in the car for me, all while being pleasant and friendly. Well done.
