We recently sold our house after realizing that it was time to downsize. It had been been our home for over 16 years so purging was a physical and emotional task. Karin Head Realty Group and our agent James Hewlett were with us to offer their expertise as well as support every step of the way with patience and understanding. There were a number of other things going on in our lives at the time and I can honestly say that without James and the Head Realty Group, there would have been days when we may have just given up.
Our next step is to find a smaller house. I can’t imagine taking that journey with any agent other than James or any group other than Karin’s.

James Hewlett is simply the best of the best. My wife and I met him in the Spring of 2020 at an open house as we embarked upon our home search. He realized the house he was showing was not the one for us but really listened to us as to what we were looking for and called me with some ideas for potential houses the following week. He met with us every weekend for over a month and showed us multiple houses each time. He was always himself, never pushy and never aggravated about showing house after house. I never thought I wanted a buyers agent but so glad I met James. He found us the house of our dreams in June. I was so impressed with him that I hired him as my realtor to sell my old house.
