My first time going and it was nice.
Staff was friendly. I was able to try some wine bc i know very little about wine and what I would like.
It’s huge. I spent more than an hour in the store.

Staff is very friendly and super helpful so many great options. I got the perfect bottle of wine to go with the Christmas present I made for my grandma.

Ended some stuff for the holiday and this Total Wine doesn’t deliver to me so we went there for curbside pickup. It was flawless, they had everything we needed in the truck of the car in like 10 mins. Friendly and helpful service even on the weekend before Christmas! Thanks Total Wine!

4 choices of ice wine, all expensive, two ridiculously so. If you're used to local New York or Canadian ice wines in size or price, don't bother. They certainly have a large selection of other alcohol options. Hard to find someone who could help me, but after I asked someone who didn't know anything more than where they were, a person who knew the right words to say showed up, waited patiently for me to get off the phone with the person I was consulting with, and then worked hard to convince me to buy a sauternes that was a little more generosly sized and in my price range. We'll see.

Alot of selection. Friendly employees. It seemed that the individual bottles for the "mix and match a 6 pack" didn't have a structure, so you had to check every aisle to find what you could be looking for. Perhaps if they had 4 and 6 packs on the middle shelves, and then had their respective individual beers above and below them, that could work. But yeah that was such a minor thing. This place is great.

Rare combination of exceptional service and exceptional selection. Every person that works there has terrific knowledge about wines or knows someone who does.

I just moved back from Ohio, and while in Winston-Salem hanging out with my Best Friend, he took me in the store and purchased a bottle of Raspberry Chocolate wine!! The customer service was great, and the price was just right! Although I live in Mocksville, I will definitely travel the extra miles to shop here! You guys get an "A" for awesome!

Great selection! You can order on line and they will get everything for you and bring it to your car.

They have what you want, trust me. Their knowledge of wine is amazing. Talk to any of the wine experts there and they will give you the perfect option. If you want a good wine, this should be your first stop.

I absolutely love this store! Not only is their selection vast, but the employees there are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and have suggestions for everything you might need. I am very pleased with this store and will definitely be coming back.

So excited about these recycled glass pitchers and wine glasses. Super friendly staff and HUGE selection of craft beers, ciders, and wine of course.

Total WIne can be a bit overwhelming but if you are looking for the hard-to-find beer or that wine you can't get around here then this is your place. First of all, don't be afraid to ask the staff where to find things because their organization can be confusing sometimes. I can always find my favorite microbrews here and seasonal favorites to mix and match in my own six pack. I love it! You can also get kegs filled here! They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking,restrooms, and aisles.

A great place for all things wine and beer. Prices are reasonable.

Honestly this rating is just because I don't see a reason to give them anything else. They haven't done anything negative, but it's also not because they did anything extraordinary. But I've been there enough times to know the layout now and know where to go to the the items I want. Cigars, wine, craft beers. You will break the bank if you aren't careful but that's to be expected of a place that has everything you need for certain occasions right?!
