My wife and I needed to find a place to live in Winston-Salem and had a limited timeframe to find a home. Our agent, Randy Turner, did a fantastic job in working with us as we made several day long commutes to view houses over two months. Randy cleared entire days on his schedule to show us around the town, take us out to lunch, and give his honest opinion on the houses we looked at. From our point of view Randy has his thumb on the pulse of the market right now as his estimates for houses we looked at were precise and accurate.

There were a few houses early on that we lost a bid on. To the point, our bid was different from the one Randy recommended for us. In hindsight, based on what the houses sold for, his bid was always more accurate than ours. He has a firm grasp on the locations in the WS area and knows what houses will appreciate and the ones that will stagnate. Randy was good with our instant "no" responses on seeing specific houses and worked to provide houses that were closer to our target home.
