Stopped by on a whim and am so glad I did! The owner is incredibly kind and personable as is the kitty. She had exactly what I needed for a birthday present and so much more. Fantastic earring and jewelry selection, unique and cute decorations, neat bags and scarves and just a real gem of a shop with very reasonable prices. Stop by, you will be glad you did!

I live in New Jersey, but I visit my mother and daughter in North Carolina a couple times a year. We usually stop at Mia's to find that special gift. I was delighted to find them still in business this Christmas, glad to know they survived the pandemic. I was looking for cat-themed Christmas ornaments, and I struck out at the largely deserted Hanes Mall. Mia's had several options, and I relieved them of four lovely ornaments to hang on my daughter's Christmas tree. The prices are a bit high, but definitely worth it to keep this lovely gift shop alive. Conveniently located just few doors down from Food Lion.

Mia is a staple of our community. She bonds with everyone and doesn't forget you even if it's been awhile. A real animal lady. Loves cats. Best gift ideas in town. Visit her. You will feel the love she gives everyone.

i love to go to this shop to buy gifts, jewelry, or even just sit and talk to mia and pet her cat. mia is so sweet and i always enjoy talking to her. easily my favorite place in town. :)

This is a great gift shop. Mia's store carries a wide range of merchandise, from locally made Moravian ornaments, painted wooden seasonal and collegiate stakes, and beautiful prints from a local artist, to Jim Shore creations, Donna Sharpe handbags, Silver Forest earrings, Willow Tree figurines, and much more. I can spend an hour browsing and not do the store justice. Plus, there is a feline greeter.

Friendly and helpful staff. Love the fact they put my gifts in nice gift bags. Love the selection of yard signs. And the fact that I can order ones I want they don't have in stock. Love the Moravian section

I had been coming to the shopping center and seen the store but never stop in there, so last week I stop and went in to ask a question about the graduation sign they had out front.I had one made for my grandson who is graduating this year but can’t walk with his class. I was very please with it and I’ll be back to get more made and I will let others know about this place. I will be back to buy other stuff in the store thanks so much for my sign
