I live in a new community and assisted with researching Management Companies to handle the HOA duties. Patrick was extremely professional and helpful and went above and beyond explaining how things. He’s also very experienced and knowledgeable.

In late 2015, the HOA Board began looking for a new property management company. We presented our budget to Patrick at QMR, and he was very eager to take us on as a customer. One, because he's a Christian man and knew that we weren't being treated fairly by our previous management company and wanted to make it right. Two, he knew that we were being taken advantage of because of the situation we were put in by the developer of our complex. He worked countless hours doing research for us, obtaining a lawyer to go over the findings, and helped us make the situation right. And he did that all for free, out of the goodness of his heart! On top of all of that, he has found ways for us to save money in our budget while putting money back into our reserve account from where it was completely empty when he took over. He is very hands on in our development, and isn't just a man behind a desk. He takes pride in his work, and works hard each and every day for our complex. He's been a great asset to our HOA, and we can't thank him enough!

The owner is friendly and helpful. He always goes above and beyond to help his customers. No one will work harder for you!

I have not had a good experience trying to talk to any realtor from this management co.
I've been calling ,with no answers from anybody. I leave my name, number, and what house I'm inquiring about.
No one has yet gotten back with me.

Do not do business with this company. They are dishonest crooks.
