The past 2 experiences I’ve had at the Hickory Tree CVS pharmacy, today and about a week ago, have been great! I believe they hired a new GM and got rid of the old rude employees in the pharmacy. Really - the OLD employees were some of the most impatient, uninterested, and unapologetic pharmaceutical representatives I’ve ever dealt with. However, these NEW employees are amazing! They are very patient, understanding, and they seem to care about you and your health. I can’t remember her name, but there is a nice woman who wears a hijab - she is awesome! She is so kind and I am thankful she is working at our CVS. I think she may be the new General Manager. Truly, every new employee I’ve worked with has been awesome - including those working the front register. Things are looking up!

I would like to thank Mrs. Cheryl for taking great care of our pharmacy needs. Great costumer service!!!

UPDATE- A new pharmacy team has bee. Hired and everyone is fantastic. It’s a complete 180 in morale and costumer interactions.

Rude pharmacy team. 95% of the time I am greeted with a low tone and attitude. Most of the women working here aren’t friendly. I do think the man that works here is pleasant. We all have bad days, days we maybe aren’t as nice as we can be, but always treating others like they do is reason for the one star. No one wants to be at work, but we must. Treat others how you’d like to be treated.

Several friends and family of mine agree, also looking at the other reviews this isn’t just me.

I very much appreciate the pharmacy staff, you can tell CVS itself has limited staff available due to the pandemic, but the two evening shift techs were nice and friendly, and got everyone in line handled as quickly as possible. Thank you for your service to your community during the pandemic

Gracie just helping me print out a pre done (on my phone) passport photo. She was amazing. I’m 33 and not computer illiterate but I could not have accurately done this on my own. The app only had wallet size 2X3 print out options and not 2X2. She cut it out for me as well. Great experience!! Thank you Gracie!

The cvs on hickory tree road is always stocked and employees so helpful. Every other store I go in feels dirty but this one is always clean and friendly.

CVS Pharmacy is such a great place to get your prescriptions filled. The staff is wonderful friendly, helpful and very quick. Out of all the pharmacies in Midway I would suggest CVS off of Hickory tree Road.

Just had the best experience. Needed to problem solved a glitch with a prescription. The pharmacist was so very helpful. Guided me through how to resolve the issue. Relieved and appreciative.

I get most prescriptions thru mail and they have always done a great job.
