I love shopping here. I have never experienced anything but a warm and welcoming staff. They even call me when the new Snoopys come in and offer to hold one for me to buy. There is another Hallmark not too far from me but I feel loyal to this store because of the people who work there. They have a big selection for a smaller space and if they don't have what I'm looking for, they will order it for me. I really appreciate the customer service that is hard to find in a lot of places these days. Thank you guys!

I have been a Merle Norman customer at Hanes Mall for many years. Melanie and her staff are always very friendly, professional, as well as very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They are always readily available to assist in you in the selection of makeup and/or skin care items best suited for your skin. I will continue to patronize their store because I love Merle Norman products and also appreciate the personable service at this store.

I have been going here for years and I have never had such excellent customer service. The products are excellent and location is easy to get to. Melanie and her staff are amazing. Merle Norman products are absolutely the best!! I have used Merle Norman products for MANY years. The make up and skin care products are second to none!!! Mel and her Merle girls are great!! 😀

Great place, friendly staff. Easy to find just search it up on google and go through the right entrance. Love them will continue coming here! Makeup is amazing and the hallmark selection is great!
