Edible Arrangements

I ordered 12 count strawberries and the fruit was just right. The chocolate had a good flavor. the lady that took my order of the was so nice.

1) Recipient was very happy with the quality and selection of the fruit.
2) It arrived on the day requested.

The cheesecake was so good and the cookies were soft and yummy to my tummy.

I ordered an arrangement on a Friday for delivery to my wife who was visiting relatives in Winston Salem, NC. I called the store and was told that they were running on a very small number of workers and would work as diligently as possible to get the arrangement to my wife by the appointed time. The person taking my order was a young woman who was very reassuring and calm although the store sounded very active. I placed my order, was told about a possible substitution for a fruit that was in very limited availability and waited. I received an email from the store saying that my order was delivered late that night, and then a call from my wife, who was ecstatic about the arrangement and the thoughtfulness I had shown by having it delivered to her relatives' door at 10:00pm!
I would definitely recommend this store and this staff! They made me look Great and they did a Great job on the arrangement and it's delivery. 5-Stars!

I mean it's fruit. Beautifully put together in a vase, to look like flowers. I hate flowers. But I love fruit. So if you have a friend, lover, family member, that loves fruit... get them one.

I want to personally thank Trish for her expertise and compassion. Trish was very professional in assisting me over the phone with my order. I expressed to her how important it was and she made me feel very confident.
I’m not sure what happened with the delivery person!? Couldn’t understand how the order was undeliverable on the first attempt at a hospital. Needless to say say, Trish guaranteed me it would be attempted again that very day. I gave her instructions for the delivery person to leave the order elsewhere. I honestly believe the delivery person was lazy….I guess I’ll never know. Deliveries are important to businesses such as this, and should be attempted to the fullest.
The delivery person should have no bearing on the store and the people fulfilling the orders though.

I reside in California. However, I order different edible arrangements for my mother that resides in Winston-Salem, N.C. I love the service. and my mother absolutely love the chocolate covered fresh fruit. I believe the best thing about ordering from the establishment in Winston-Salem is an employee name Sofia. A friend of mine gave me a gift certificate since we just moved. We had never ordered from Edible Arrangements before. When I had questions, I called the store. The individual who answered my many questions and took my order was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. After placing my order, I received a "thank you for ordering" email and follow up emails informing me how things would work. I even received a coupon for my next order. On the day of delivery, the recipient of my order received a call confirming the destination and an approximate time of delivery. The person delivering the order was very kind made the experience complete. Edible Arrangements customer service has been the best I have seen, and I intend on ordering again. By the way, the arrangement was delicious and beautiful!

Just picked up my arrangement. I received such great customer service from Jennifer. Jennifer's customer service was great from the time I placed the order to the time I picked up my order. The arrangement was so beautiful. My wife was so happy with the fruit and the design of the arrangement. That she asked if I would get her another one for Valentines.

I've ordered from here twice in recent months, once for delivery and once again for pickup in store. On both occasions I was completely satisfied with the quality and value of the product. The local staff was very friendly and responsive to my inquiries and needs. I had seen negative reviews for this location a few years ago and avoided as a result. New management has breathed new life into this spot. Don't be afraid to give it a try...I think you will be pleased.

The arrangement was awesome and fresh. I love the consideration the business showed for its delivery person. It was snow and ice that changed the day the arrangement was to be delivered. They contacted me with the change of delivery day and their deliver person was kept safe.
