Burlington

We haven't been big on shopping for the last few years but we stopped in after a routine errand & really enjoyed browsing. The store was clean and generally well organized. My only complaint would be that the store didn't schedule enough cashiers & then, with a full line of people, still closed one of two registers. I don't don't get how these companies are surprised that people don't want to go in their stores when they make it a chore. I'm glad we don't go shopping much; that kind experience gets tiresome quickly, but for a one-off visit, we had a lot of fun seeing how many sparkly sweaters we could find & got a couple of gifts.

I love this place it was clean organized real well I found what I wanted immediately and I wasn't in there maybe 10 minutes bought me a fabulous looking coat and the cashier that checked me out she was extremely nice she was very helpful this was my first time in this place and I am impressed very impressed

Prices are low, quality is high -- better than the gently used store nearby! I was VERY impressed with the store organization and how friendly the staff was. I hope it remains this way! (Side note: The ladies & gents @ the North Point Drive location are awesome as well!)

Love Burlington. Always has something for everybody. Wish it was more organized to where all the shoes were in one area. I never understand why the men’s shoes are across the store in the corner but I know all stores are different. Just know I love Burlington forever and a day. Thanks

Great place to shop for discounts, you may not find everything tho but it’s worth looking for, 👍

its never the same items, it's like going in to a different store. when in there for specific items and couldn't find any. still great stuff

I love this store and get my shampoo products here. Huge problem is.. the line is always so long that I have now put items back not once, but twice because of the line. Slightly frustrated- still don't have my shampoo. Products=5 line=1

I so enjoy shopping at this location. Its just do much fun. The parking lot was clean. The inside of the store was clean. The staff greeted you upon entrance. I specifically go in to shop in the Home Goods section. They have a lil bit of everything. I decided to shop for clothing and the Clearance prices were on point. I had an awesome experience.

I put in a layaway for my grandkids for Christmas. But the kiddos were with me when I picked it up. So I had asked if they could put my items in black bags so the kids wouldn't see them. Not only did they put them in black bags but they carried them out of the store for me and placed them in my truck while I put the kids in the car seat. Excellent service.

Good and orderly merchandise. One of the top Burlington's I have been to in NC, wife loves to shop there. Usually disorderly and jacked up. I commend the manager and staff for being on top of their game

I unfortunately threw away the receipt but I had a very pleasant interaction with Kristen! She was wonderful during the check out process and super friendly!! Everyone else I came in contact with was super nice as well!

I was searching all over town for a contour rug for my bathroom. Finally found one at Burlington.

The supervisor Rosie is awesome love to go there, she’s always happy to help, it made my whole experience out of this world!

Very impressed with the organization of this store. Correctly-sized items are in the correct sections; things are actually where they belong. Something other retailers seem to find difficult.

Good place no complaints other than the wife likes to spend to much money here but they got good prices she gets alot when she goes

I love the availability of new and different things to buy. Always buy stuff like cute rugs and household items.

Lots of good stuff here at good prices. Nice staff, too!
