Beautiful in every way, I was here before but had no idea there were trails. I again went today, and when it's green, it is absolutely beautiful. Today is Monday, April 29th. I just love this place. They have a huge stairwell, and I made it up to the top. Helps strengthen the knees

Not quite what I remember from my childhood, but still an excellent park, lots of nature walks, and a great place to walk your dogs and play disc golf ⛳

We had our family reunion here. Such a beautiful place to gather together. There was plenty of parking. Children’s play area. Walkways winding through park down to the lake. The bathrooms were super clean.

I love this park. I first went here in college, we picked up trash and planted trees. Now I take my son here. He loves nature and seeing the ducks, geese, beavers, etc. It's experienced a lot of overgrowth and damage from the storms but there is so much beauty still there. Lots of playgrounds and area to run around.

Beautiful! Nice walking trails along the water's edge as well as a Frisby golf course. Plenty of parking, clean restrooms, picnic and grilling available. With three play areas for the young and young at heart one can't go wrong with a visit.

Beautiful park, great disc golf but the first few holes have people all around and you have to be careful not to hit anyone

Pleasantly surprised they have installed new grills. There bigger and a lot nicer then the old ones. Looks like there spending some money on updates. We come a few times a year for family gatherings and birthday's. Nice park and if they get all the updates done it will improve the park

Multiple Playgrounds. Adaptive Disc Golf course that's always expanding. Covered Picnic areas for large groups. Miles of Nature trails, bridges, and Board walks. Get there early in the Summer before the park reaches parking Capacity. Fortunately, I know where the back entrance is.

Absolutely beautiful park with trails, sidewalks, 2 playgrounds, ponds where you can feed the ducks, and Frisbee tennis. Plenty of picnic tables to have a nice picnic with your family as well.

This is a wonderful place to spend time. There is a very nice disc golf course, playground, and place to walk.

There are a wide variety of birds and other wildlife you can find on a typical day. I've seen turtles running around the size of dinner plates, large frogs, and beautiful Cranes, Ducks, and Geese.

There is a boardwalk that takes you on a tour through the wetlands area, and is a great place to teach your kids how to fish. The park provides food to feed the ducks and geese, so bring quarters for the kids and have fun watching all the birds flock to you. (Please dont feed them bread)

The park is also great for exercise, the biggest loop around totals 1.7 Miles and includes some awesome terrain and elevation change that makes it feel like you are hiking. You'll find for much of the trail Nature swallows you and you are protected from the sun by the green canopy above.

There is an area where you can access the creek and let your pup run around in the water which is a great break on the hot days.

The only downsides is many people seem to smoke cigarettes that come to this park, and that can stink. People also seem to ignore the sign pointing out that there is a leash law.

All in all, I would recommend this place as a great place to spend an afternoon with the family enjoying nature.

Awesome location for a small or large group, we gathered our family together for the first time in over 20 years and it was perfect, easy to access for the elderly and young.

Lots of options to enjoy family time with one another.
