Soba Sushi and Noodles

WOW!!! What a pleasant surprise. The noodle soup was made with the correct Asian. Mushrooms. The ambiance is great. Our server was amazing and she went above normal service and made sure that we were happy with all dishes. They even have fresh ginger tea with Gogie berries. We live two hours away and we will gladly make the trip again, just to come back here to Soba Sushi and noodles.

Awesome place!!! Exceptionally fresh food and extremely fast service!!! We have eaten here many times and have had several different items on the menu, each time it is all absolutely delicious!!!

Always my go to when I’m in Asheville. It’s not too far from downtown and gives people an opportunity to see Weaverville. Their sushi is great and all of their other dishes are too. I tried their calamari this time and it was great not tough or anything and a pretty good portion would definitely recommend.

The crab & tuna rangoons were delicious! I had the Japanese Ramen noodle soup bowl and it was phenomenal 😋👌 I will definitely keep coming back to this place.

This was my family's first time trying this place. And Boy oh boy was it a jewel. My daughter is obsessed with Ramen and we are always on the hunt for good sushi . The Ambiance is nice and relaxing. You are greeted at the door with a smile. The way staff was really friendly. Our waiter Michael was super friendly and was very helpful on helping us decide what we would like. He was also very patient while we made our choices. We tried Their Sushi Lunch special which includes 3 rolls from a list you may select from. We tried the Boston & Philly rolls. We tried thr Shrimp Gyoza for an appetizers which were steamed perfectly and auper fresh. For our main entrees we went with General Tso Chicken..My daughter of course had Ramen with chicken, and thr Filet and Shrimp Hibachi. Every bite was amazing...You get a pretty good portion so to go boxes were definitely a must for us. For Dessert we did the Green tea ice cream and Fried Ice cream with red bean ice cream recommended by Michael. It was super delicious. We definitely will be back. If you want a nice place..great atmosphere..good staff and great food this is a must try and kid friendly as well. Thanks for the great experience Soba

Start with a Honey Ginger tea( its heavenly!) … mix it with the great ambience and hospitality of their staff ( EVERY SINGLE PERSON) then chose anything from their menu( they ALL taste great)

This place is the best noodle house around. Food and service is always excellent. Staff is super friendly and helpful . Pork fried dumplings, Shrimp and veggie tempura with lo mein and basic California roll.

Amazing Sushi! Staff super friendly and polite. Service was great. Parking limited at restaurant when busy. Not a parking lot if towing something. Open on Christmas and New Years.

Great spot for Japanese Food while in Western NC. I eat sushi all over the US and this place is great. Always fresh,well prepared, and very tasty.
The staff could not be any friendlier. They are probably the friendliest Japanese restaurant I have ever been to. Highly suggest.

Traveling back home on Christmas day for very few options open we googled Asian restaurant near me and found soba sushi and noodles. Came here because they’re good reviews. And was pleasantly surprised as the food was superb
We ordered the lemon honey shrimp with white rice, the Thai basil chicken with white rice, and the coconut noodle chicken and it was delicious if we lived closer we would definitely be coming here more often as we love Thai food as well as sushi. It was 27° on Christmas day this year and none of us were in the mood for cold sushi but the warm Thai food was perfect

Love love love this place. My boyfriend has been coming here for years & years & he introduced me to the awesomeness of the food & staff. I don’t think you can find better food anywhere. It’s beyond delicious & when I eat anything here, I always feel like my body has been nourished properly ❤❤❤❤ These people are amazing!!! Thanks for being the best place around.

We enjoyed excellent wait staff & food at Soba's: appetizer tempora fish which I ate as an entree, my husband had General Tso's which was only mildly spicy (delicious) with fried rice and our daughter enjoyed Thai Coconut Soba Soup with chicken. Wednesday at lunch was not busy when we went, got right in.
We have had sushi and other tempora's in the past and have never been disappointed.

The Sushi & Sashimi party platter for 2 was superb! We celebrated a belated Valentine's Day with a wonder meal, a Sapporo, and Green Tea ice cream. Worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Love this place! It was late Friday evening & they still found a place for us to sit. They have lots of sushi to choose from & other entrees. Someone got a bunch of rolls in a giant beautiful boat. There arrangements are pretty. There service isn't slow & 5hey are very friendly. We go here often & highly recommend it!

Our family loves Soba noodles. Mrs Jenny is an excellent server and she will take of you like family. She went as far as to teach my boys how to use chopsticks. I am thankful to support this small town business!

Crab Rangoon, steak and shrimp hibachi, and the salmon sashimi/sky roll/ spicy tuna roll. Amazing food, great service and can’t wait to come back!

This was the first time my wife and I stopped and had lunch. We have been wanting to stop there for 7 to 10 years and finally did. We are very sorry we did not stop there in the last 10 years. The food was excellent. The prices are reasonable and the staff was very friendly. Such a great place to eat Japanese food.

great food service and atmosphere. we ate in the restaurant this time but we've used their takeout and their takeout sushi platters are spectacular no one will be disappointed. if you really like strong ginger I mean really strong which I do The ginger honey tea with the acai berries in it is awesone. it has long like toothpick size non-stringy pieces of ginger in it that is a great t just to drink but I'm one of those that I like eating ginger it was delicious. got their sushi platter with that came with the spicy tuna roll exceptionally good spicy tuna roll a better proportion of fish to rice and other ingredients than I've had at other places they got it perfect. I had nine pieces of nigiri sushi with that that were very generously sized almost to the point you couldn't take them in one bite. flavor and freshness were exceptional. My dad had one of the shrimp noodle dishes which he very much liked. I tasted it and these guys know how to make the real thing genuine Japanese buckwheat noodles.

Amazing Sushi rolls, try the Biltmore. Thai coconut chicken soup was huge! Brought 1/2 home and it warmed up great. Great server and atmosphere!
