Mike is a stand-up guy! He was completely fair with my tow and the price to fix the truck. He and his team did it quick and I was able to drive it 1000 miles to get home safely! I would highly recommend them.

I had my first accident on a road trip to pilot mountain. I was all sorts of confused on how to handle it all. A wreck is disorienting its self, I was 4.5 hours from home, with a friend and we each had our daughters. He was so amazing with us! The hospitality, and general feeling of concern and the amount of advice I got from him was way more than he had to do. The loss of my car is tuff, but he definitely made it way easier to see the brightside! Im not from the area, but i would strongly recommend this shop to anyone!!!

Mike and the guys at Shattalon are top notch!!!!!! They have travelled several miles to tow one of my trucks back to the dealership, and done it for a fair price. This company does exactly what they say they will do, without any hesitation. There is no question about who I would use for a tow company, and I would highly recommend them to everybody else.

I have always been treated fair at this place. They have been working on my cars for 35 years with no problems. They give fair estimates and reasonable service. Of course, I’m a person who pays my bill there when do. I’m pretty sure that some complaining here are people who want something for nothing.

To the person complaining about not being allowed to leave their broken down car blocking the front of his business while they conduct their on repair is ridiculous. That is not racist, that is just common sense.

I have taken all of my vehicles and my kids vehicles to Shatalon for all kinds of work. One of my vehicles even needed a tow from Alamance county. Sure, I may need newer vehicles but I don't need a new mechanic shop. Mike and his staff have always been honest in explaining the details of what they need to fix on my vehicles, even the vehicle of my mother-in-law. =-)

I have always been treated fairly at this place. They have 24 hour towing and all types of mechanic work. I have used both the towing and had numerous repairs done there. A great place to do business!

Very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I've taken my car here several times. I never felt taken advantage of. The staff are very accommodating and the customer service is excellent.
