The guy Billy that works here is awesome! Checked on me when I told him my sugar felt low gave me a place to sit and relax until I felt better. Watched him interact with others I felt he went above and beyond for the customers. I think he might be with the customer service. Always ask for Billy!!

Got good pricing on do-it-yourself flooring wood trim and mold. And, it turned out great by adding pizazz. I will go back again and buy some more trim to do other rooms.

Very clean and tidy store. Employees were kind and helpful. Lines were long at the self checkout. I do wish they had more check out lanes with cashiers.

I’ve never really had any issues here! Today, I needed to exchange something that had broken and Charlie in customer service was extremely helpful and nice! She helped me get on my way quickly and with a smile!

Lowe's always has everything we need for any home improvement projects! There is a great selection of plants and bird feeders too. The staff is always very helpful and the stores are always clean and well maintained.

It's fine. The plumbing area is always out of order and out of stock. Hard to find things, but I enjoy Lowe's

Excellent home improvement store off of University with friendly staff, low prices, good sales, appliances, lumber, 🔦🔨🗜 tools, hardware, 🌷 garden supplies, and more. They also have great seasonal items and decor. You can also get services and repairs from here like windows, cabinets, etc. They also have ♿ handicap accessible parking and 🚻 restrooms.

I ordered a gas grill. When I got there the grill was assembled and I have a small SUV. We were not able to get the assembled grill into my vehicle. This would have been great if I would have been driving a pickup. The Lowe's associate, Grace was amazing. She recognized the issue and promptly began trying to find a grill that was still in the box and would fit in my vehicle. It took a few minutes but she was persistent in finding the proper product. I feel that customer service is a lost art but this lady took a situation that could have been bad and turned it into a pleasant experience. Kudos to Grace!

Jesse, a young man was so very friendly and engaging. I shared with him my concerns regarding my beloved pet that continously digs out of his kennel fence. This young man gave me excellent suggestions and told me what I needed to repair in order to deter my pet from escaping. Thank you so very much, Jesse. It worked!! Also, thank you so very much for suggesting the hardware that I needed to purchase. You're awesome!!!!

Went to find clear non slip stair strips. Didn't even know if that existed. Associate showed me everything in store until I got what I was looking for. He actually was looking for something for someone else with their computerized object finders. He still took time to help me. I am sorry I didn't get his name. He is a jewel.

We really enjoy roaming isles and finding all sorts of items to use on every part of the house inside and out.

Had an excellent experience at this Lowes. Clay helped us and was very professional, knowledgeable and kind.

Had to reach out to store management for assistance. Penny, asst mgr, was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable about store policies and she was caring enough to hear my request. Ultimately, Penny was helpful and professional and I appreciated her listening and helping find a resolution to my issue. Everyone I interacted with at this store today was efficient and courteous.

Good selection of most of what you would need. It's a little difficult to find tools at times. Kind of splayed out over. What would they call tool alley and sometimes seasonal items are spread here and there at the end of isles and sometimes finding associates can be difficult but when you do find them they are helpful. What I usually do is I go and look and then I get onto the app and if I can't find it on the app then I go to customer service or I try to find someone. I personally like the self checkout I was at this store. It does seem to be a little bit easier and I enjoyed my last visit there

Of course Lowe's is number 1 in my book you can't beat that feeling of working fresh wood smelling out door shopping atmosphere, their products are very quality brands, the employees are the heart of the company never never forget that, very clean establishment also, I like doing business with these guys! Yesterday I was in a hurry to purchase 2 bulky items. An employee named Scott helped me 1) find what I needed, already assembled, 2) transport same to checkout 3) helped me at self-checkout, securing my discount 3) carried my stuff to the curb 4) He waited out there in the heat while I zoomed by looking for the pick-up area. 5) with a helper , he loaded and secured my purchases. He was great! The purchases were better than expected as well! RS

So much stuff and the cashier in the garden center was so cheerful and nice , for sure made me smile! Great first time.. normally I go to home depot lol..
