The best dentist I’ve ever been to! If you have an emergency, the front desk always takes you seriously and gets you in as fast as possible. They are willing to work around your work schedule and never have they gotten frustrated with me when I needed to change an appointment. Super sweet girls up front and the clinical staff is super friendly too! They have always made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Chou and Dr. Troy are super nice as well. I never feel rushed when asking questions. Dr. Troy is very down to earth. Love this place and I’ll never go anywhere else but here for my dental work! :)

I love Lane & Associates in Snow Hill North Carolina. Friendly staff and great Dentist. I had to have a tooth extracted and once my mouth was numbed, I did not even notice it was removed. I no longer fear going to the Dentist.

I was pleasantly surprised today! Had a whole set of new people work on me. Both assistant and hygienist worked meticulously and g e n t l y on me and the dentist was great! BIG difference from my last visit!

If you arrive to your visit on time and you think the door is locked, pull harder! We waited outside about 10 minutes thinking the door was locked when it wasn't. Took my child for a 2 year old visit and everything was perfect! Staff was super friendly. They were great with my 2 year old and did an amazing job at calming her nerves for her first visit. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful first visit at Lane and Associates in Snow Hill. Katia was very kind and helpful. Hannah the hygienist did a great job with my cleaning. I was very nervous and she calmed my nerves. She was very gental and explained my treatment in detail.

I had a really pleasant experience at this dentist office. Scheduling the appointment was smooth and easy. As a new patient, Hannah was very patient and gentle with my teeth cleaning. Dr. Purks did my exam and immediately put my mind at ease as she explained my treatment needs and assured me I was in good hands. Can’t wait for my next appointment with Dr. Purks.
