I just wanted to give a five star review to the employee Shaina She was absolutely amazing. That was the best customer service experience I have had in a very long time. She literally stayed with me for hours going through the store, finding my size and helping me I’m very insecure about my body and have a hard time shopping or feeling comfortable and she was just so sweet and helped me every step of the way. If you go to Victoria’s Secret, make sure to ask for Shaina she is the best

Actually I took my cousin Diana's husband, tim to victoria secret because she likes him to wear panties but she doesnt want to be with him when he gets them and he is a disabled veteran and cant drive. So i always take him during the holidays.... He loves v secrets because he says they are less likely to tear. ...and he says that a lot of the soldiers during the gulf war prefered panties because it was less abrasive... Go figure...but they dont talk about it too much

The workers there are always super helpful!
Even if some may not be having a wonderful day they always strive to give you the best experience and I truly appreciate that!
