Lakeside Park

Awesome little lakeside part with hiking trails as well. Great spots for fishing and beautiful wooded areas for hiking including a small bamboo forest.

A small but friendly and good space for kids, family and people to take a small walk or enjoy picnic. The place was clean and safe. It had a nice vibe, sitting areas where you could rest after taking a walk.

Great trails and people are respectful with dogs. Keep a watch out for deer and awesome water birds and if you go far enough you may see the raccoons down at the water.

Is very peaceful, beautiful place. It you want to relax ...this place is great.

Very relaxing place and there where some trails but they didn't go far back and I'm not sure if people could go to end because there where houses but we want halfway and there is a nice little cove to sit and watch nature

Nice place to fish, put in boat,or kayak. Unfortunately there is a lot of traffic in and out of there who are not using the lake.

It's such a beautiful and peaceful place.

Great place for a walk around the lake and some bank fishing. Follow the trails along the lakes edge. known as the Tater Hole this felt safe but it's not a destination for a solitary person. Take a few friends and you'll be fine.

Beautiful walk around the lake. The park has been cleaned up , most trash that had been left has been picked up. Great views of the lake from different locations.

Great little park, after making it past the picnic area you will be faced with a steep downhill which will also be a steep uphill when you return to your vehicle but other then that the trails are wide, fairly level, and mostly well taken care of, some of the offshoot trails could use some brush cutting and cleaning up. If you are into geocaching this park used to have some decent small/micro caches in it.

Been going here for over 10 years. Perfect place to go to get away from life's many stressful moments for some peace and quiet
