Phan's Japanese Express

Just came back from hiking, looking for food, so we give it a try. It's so good. Mrs. Phan is very friendly and warm. I ordered yakiniku broccoli and soup.

I was traveling through town for work. I saw some rave reviews on this little food truck. I went there to get my dinner and I am so glad I did. It is not where you would expect to see a food truck but I have to say it exceeded my expectations. First of all the sweet lady working in the truck was one of the sweetest people I have ever seen. She was so pleasant. The food was absolutely delicious and she made sure I had everything I needed since I was staying in a hotel. Please support this lady. What a sweetheart!

amazing food! be aware though, the sizes are smaller than some of the cheaper asian places, but it’s well worth it!! the owner is amazing and everyone i’ve ever met at the truck was pleasant! love this place! also- super accommodating with my food allergies

Best hibachi in all of boone!!!! The owner is the warmest lady I’ve ever met and the food is wonderful. I’m not usually a fan of steak in my hibachi but Phan’s is too good to resist! The portions are also pretty big especially with the combinations, i always have leftovers for the next day :)

Lovely place with delicious food and a wonderfully friendly owner. My hibachi was fantastic. My only suggestion would be to up the portion sizes as they are a little bit small :) but as for everything else, don't change a thing!

Incredible food at a great price. Glad we saw reviews on Google for this hidden gem. The owner was so friendly and offered incredible food with friendly warm conversation. Definitely not one to miss.

best hibachi in town, the lady who works there is incredibly sweet and will make adjustments to any orders if you ask. Food is delicious and she even has a vegetarian option for the sauce that the food is cooked in, all around good food and great truck!

Looks like the scary type of food truck but the hibachi is excellent! Food is tasty and of good quality.

I ordered the Hibachi chicken 🐔 and Broccoli 🥦 with a side of rice 🍚 😋 it was so good the lady's was so friendly and she also Complimented me on my T-shirt I had on she also told me to make sure I come back..

truly the best japanese in town and very reasonably priced for the portion sizes! Mama Phan is a literal angel, i would lay down my life for her.

Always as expected, they are absolutely great. Locally owned and operated. I am never disappointed! (I've been a fan since they were in the mall like a hundred years ago)

I decided to try it because of the reviews and it was amazing!! The sweetest lady works there and is always so happy to help you. I’ve been 3 times now and every time it’s great!
