Great service from parts reps. My experience was very informative. Rep went above an beyond to share the information I needed.

David help me out with some questions I need answers to about my car and he broke it down to me so I can understand why my car was have a problem

DO NOT BUY FROM MODERN CHEVROLET! I would post zero stars if possible. Long story short...
- I ordered a part on line on 12/18/23. Was quoted and paid $312.04 plus $14.38 shipping and $26.93 tax for a total of $353.35.
- Had to reach out after a month and was told they would look into the delay.
- I reached out for an update on 1/25/24 and got no reply.
- I reached out for an update on 2/2/24 and was told "apparently the part came in damaged and a new one should be in next week".
- After reaching out again, I was emailed on 2/12/24 that the part was ready to ship, but they wouldn't ship it unless I pay an additional $51.99 in shipping. Reminder: Shipping was quoted and paid for almost 2 months prior...
- I called the part department to discuss that I had to have the part asap since it took over 2 months to get, and I was very unhappy that they are holding the part hostage to make more money.
- The lady I was speaking with told me "If you don't like it, I'll void your order right now" and then hung up on me.
- I received an order cancelation 5 minutes later.

We have bought three cars from there over the last 6 years. There service dept. Sucks! Our family will never purchase another car from there again! Don’t even deserve the one star.
