Big Lots

The customer service here is 1000% better than Hanes Mall. Bree in the furniture department was helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good about our experience with him. If good customer service matter to you, this is the location to shop at. Even the cashiers were kind and greeted us. They will definitely have my business going forward.

All the employees are very helpful and friendly.

This place is rad always new things every month and the employees are nice always happy to help and do what they can. Prices are good sometimes way better than others. They have improved dramatically super cool. I need to add that some customers are very rude to the employees and have no idea what the hell they are talking about. Thinking is hard that's why most people judge. If you want to be a problem for people then take it to Walmart.

I had such a great experience this morning at Big Lots and it’s all thanks to Tabby. She was nothing but amazing and very helpful. She made sure I was I was enrolled in a Big Lots card and explained the perks that came with it. She’s definitely amazing and I thank her for her help.

We bought our Christmas 🎄 here. A great deal. Staff is always helpful and very patient. A retail store you can look forward to going to.

This is MY STORE. I'm sorry I don't have a photo...it was dark outside when I got finished. Maybe next time. I finished up my daughter's Christmas. God is good all the time. I'm going to her this Christmas instead of her coming to my place. We love BIG LOTS. You will too....take a little bit of money and treat yourself..:)

They always seem to have the piece of furniture I'm looking for, and it's quality furniture! Never underestimate their furniture and enjoy their service.

The staff was very helpful and polite. We wanted outdoor chair cushions and there was only 3 and we needed 4. They went in the back and found a 4pk. It made me very happy because I really liked them

Great sales are going on at the moment and this location inventory seems a bit low on certain items. Overall the store was clean and tidy. I like the way the checkout is set up.

OK. I love this store. Bought some stuff...a nice table and 2 bar stools. Table folds in half and can be against wall or in the open. Very good for apartment living. Also card table with 4 chairs. Its for working jigsaw puzzles mostly. You can find lots of stuff at this store.

Is there anything this place does not have? Came here for a clothes basket. They had it big plastic hamper. It was a great price under $20. The young lady was really nice. Such a sweetie.

I have always loved to go to this big Lots, store is Clean and well stocked, no stock or carts blocking isles. Staff there is always friendly and courteous, will open up another register if more than two customers in line. GREAT PLACE WITH LOW PRICES

I was having a hard time finding the furniture online that I was looking to buy. I called the store and a Salesman by the name of Justin Hill helped me out tremendously. He was on the phone with me for over an hour trying to help me. He was able to help me get the furniture I was looking for after a lot of hard work and time. I have never had anyone go as far to help me as he did. I would like to commend him for all that he did. Thank you very much. He gets 10 out of 10 stars from me.

Can’t beat the price. The best part is that you can buy it local from them. Order online and pick it up or just go to the store and buy it.

Every place around here is out of power!! Not big lots, I happened to go in and forgot one of my bags and Rhonda saved it for me and made sure I got it back. She's very sweet!! Also if you like to get clearance Christmas items they have quite a few left. There's a little grocery part and house wares, also furniture.

I really enjoy being a reward member at Big lots because i always save big and i also get alot of free rewards stuff to. The customer service is excellent the cashiers know their stuff and that makes my shopping experience even better.

Looking for a mattress. Music was so loud in furniture department we left. WHO WANTS TO HEAR THAT TRASH. I WON'T GO TO THIS STORE ON University Blvd ever again. On the way out the store looks dirty and run down. Very disappointed because I like the Big lots in Mt. Airy. It's nice clean and quiet. Who knows, different Managers.

We love this Store! I am amazed of EveryThing it has for almost Everything @ Low Prices👍. One person complained the store is dirty. That's because it Sells Large furniture and Different Size Boxes of Products for Me & other Customers to buy! Me & my family always Enjoy shopping in Big Lots And Will keep Shopping there as long as they keep doing what their doing for Us Customers👍!
