Quality Inn University

The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Specifically, the lady at the front desk named Lee was able to assist me when I ran into an issue and even made sure I had a more comfortable room. Not all the guests are great people, but the hotel, its staff, and even the location is ideal for traveling persons like myself. I’d recommend this place to anyone!

I never stayed at a Quality Inn before and did not have high expectations since I typically stay at 4 star plus hotels. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised with the "Quality" of the Quality Inn. The rooms were updated and clean as a whistle. The beds were nicely appointed and the room had all that one would require (microwave, mini-fridge and even complimentary coffee). We woke each morning to a generous spread of breakfast -- another unexpected nicety. In my experience, "breakfast included" at 2 star hotel range from an inglorious selection of day-old pastries or breakfast cereals and coffee. The Quality Inn breakfast had everything from milk & cereal to make your own egg sandwiches, yogurt, make your own waffles and fresh fruit. One could be full until late afternoon with these options. Each night we came home to a room that had been attentively cleaned. I have to say this was a great experience. I would definitely return and would gladly recommend this hotel to a friend.

I stay there every time I go to Winston Salem NC..the workers are really nice and the front desk man is fine

The staff was very professional and well dressed. I enjoyed my stay there and felt that everyone was doing everything there to assist me in my stay. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to stay at a clean hotel with great service at a great rate.

“Accommodating and nice”
We stayed there 2 nights for the Albuquerque balloon fiesta and were surprised in a good way. The hotel was easy to find and had an easy access to the highway. The room was clean with all the bare necessities. I am not sure if this is only during the balloon fiesta, but the hotel was offering a breakfast to-go...

Staff & management are extremely friendly & accommodating. I had one small issue with my room, & they handled it promtly, even at 11:30pm! Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and service is excellent. Feel free to ignore all negative local hearsay, they run a good, clean, and friendly establishment here, at s great price.

Well I didn't love it. The prices are good. But there is A lot of drug dealing going on and in the one room we were in,they had bed bugs, good thing we hadn't unpacked, so we grabbed our stuff put it in the car, went to the front desk, tried to get my money back and they wouldn't give it back, put us in a room on the other side. MADE ME VERY MAD BECAUSE THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. AND I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK ....And needlessly to say I was so freaked out about the bed bugs ( Even though we checked the other room and didn't find any) and the drug dealing going on. We didn't sleep at all. AND ONCE AGAIN I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Staff are excellent, very low prices for the quality of rooms. Great location, with food and shopping. I highly recommend and will be staying again.

My husband & I stayed at this Quality Inn for one night. The room was beautiful & clean. Staff were very professional & personable. We would stay there again. Thank you Calperta (friendly front desk clerk) and staff for a good night's rest.

I had seen bad reviews, but to be honest this hotel was nice and I'm glad I chose to stay there. The employees that were in the office the morning I left were extremely nice. Will stay again if I'm in the area.

We got a room for New Years 2018 n I'm very pleased with it. They are very clean,updated rooms that are affordably priced. I would recommend this motel. You will be pleased. Plus free breakfast.

Had a great experience front desk is very professional and helpful and feel safe here and love to be here parking is available all time.

It was Awesome. This is where Our Church Services are held on Sunday mornings. "God Always Show Up and Show Out through His Spirit. And the Pastor is terrific in Her being led by the Anointing of God's Power

The room was very clean, in a quiet location near various restaurants. The night clerk is always so professional and fast when it comes to checking in?!! Thank you so much!!!!

It’s a good place to get a few good nights of sleep if you need a place for a few days the price is reasonable!
